I had came inside the store I was filling up my ice cream and a friends told me that the ice cream was bad last time and tasted expired so I wanted to change my order and get boba and instead of them taking care of me they made me pay for the boba sit down they made us sit down for almost half an hour and when I ask is my boba that I paid for is ready they yell at us like we where some little kids and he tried to act like a man while he litterally made us wait for 30 minutes very rude employees. He said it was because we filled up ice cream when we didnāt and that wasnāt us.

terrible rude service i made a mistake by putting icecream in the cup the guy snatched and threw it away from my hand i asked for a simple nutella milk shake he had me sitting for 25 minutes as if i was getting a time out and didnāt even get my drink after that he refunded me after crying like a little boy for 45 minutes

I havenāt tried yogurt but bubble tea.. that was an experience. I got myself rose milt tea, it just tasted like strawberry yogurt, no taste of tea but with rose petals swimming inside (which never happened in any other place). My husband took pineapple fruit tea, which tasted like soap. Literally soap.

Tastes was okay but I don't get why they have tip option enabled for self serve yogurt place with already adequately priced menu. Just not a good look in terms of service in my opinion. I've been to a few places on this block and they don't have tip option enabled.In my opinion keep the tip jar and remove tip option from the payment system.
