First and last time going here paid $6 for a green bagel and hair in ABSOLUTELY NASTY I picked the green parts of the first half and let it go and ate it but the HAIR WAS THE LAST STRAW I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!

ordered a bagel with scallion cream cheese and got some strange green paste with a hair in it, and it was $5. so disgusting couldn’t even eat it.

I order here around 3 times a week for breakfast. Its convenient to order on the website and not wait for food. Lets me grab and get back on the road for work. The staff are amazing here. Always friendly and hard working. The food is great and at low and fair prices. Highly recommend.

really disappointed and disgusted with Borderline Bagels, while eating my sesame bagel this morning the next bite I was about to take I noticed a black string coming out of the bagel. It ended up not being a string but piece of plastic that melted in the bagel. Future customers definitely beware, I’m not sure of the sanitary conditions of Borderline Bagels and we’ve repeat customers for years but they definitely lose our business.

Ever since new ownership recently this place has been on a downward slope. Uber Eats has no option to make comments and they put no effort in making the food with pride. I just got a bagel sandwich and they couldn’t even cut it in half. One side is a sliver and the other side is too big. 🙄

this is not the same borderline i been going too for years. The whole staff and food changed, the bagels are no longer soft and pillowy with a crunchy outside. Now they are a burnt exterior with a mouth full of wet doughiness drying up my mouth. The cream cheese no longer has a smear texture that holds it self together it is just now lotion sliding out of my bagel with every bite. and why is my garlic on top burnt had me waiting 10 minutes when i was able to order and get my bagel in 2 minutes before.
