What happened to this location? The soda tastes like water with dirt, the garbage cans are overflowing, and the staff, what staff? There were 3 employees working on a Friday night. One in drive thru, one helping the drive thru worker, and the 3rd just standing there. I waited to order for over 15 minutes and had to wait another 15-20 minutes just to get my food. I was just about to request my money back so I can leave. Never again.

These people deserve a raise right now this Burger King exceeds expectations completely out of the water. I love this place because of how much they try because no matter how many times I go they always make the food perfectly and never slip up at all. Just today I went there at 12am after work they had been in the process of closing and finishing up on there day. I pulled to the drive thru and ordered my food. When I pulled to the window I saw them fully cleaned and ready to go and I felt so bad for giving them a slight inconvenience but luckily they had been amazing they made my food in a fast manner using the stuff they already cleaned and cooked my food. The gentleman that answered the window had given me my food and was politely to say I wasn’t any inconvenience and that they didn’t mind. These people deserve raises and promotions because they are what this Burger King represents thank you wonderful people for making the biggest and best day of your lives and making sure you did what you do. Being the best damn fast food workers out there you go

I've been going to this Burger King in New Milford, NJ since the day it was built. I even worked there back in the day on a work permit when I was in high school. Although the food can be a hit or a miss being great the staff that works there are the main reason I keep going back. Not only are the professionals but always kind, considerate, compassionate and always willing to put a smile on my face.
They were very fast, respectful and organized. Thanks to those who worked in the evening.
