We spend the better part of autumn/winter searching for cider donuts. These didn't disappoint. We also had a blueberry cream and a bacon topped donut. Delicious!

The workers were nice but the donuts were kinda stale and very sugary waste of money tbh

So I don’t normally do this, but I had no choice but to leave this review. Today, 12/17/25 at 10:20am I walked into the establishment to pick up a DoorDash order, and I was greeted by the most lively young gentleman I’ve ever met. He truly came across to love his job and enjoy what he does. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but I wanted to leave this review in hopes that his bosses would see this and praise him. He provided such a great atmosphere and prompt greeting. He was very pleasant and welcoming. And even offered a very pleasant departure wishing a happy and healthy holiday season!
There are not many employees in today’s world with this enthusiasm and customer-oriented attitude. Thank you for this!

Called the store to place an order because I live an hour away and I wanted to make sure they had the donuts that I like. I told the person on the phone I would be there before they closed (that’s why I called) I get there 10 minutes before they close and the store is closed already. I drove an hour to come here and made it clear to the person I talked to on the phone that I would be there right before they closed and they said that’s fine. Unbelievable I am so mad about this.

I ordered and paid in full on 10/24 for two dozen Halloween donuts for my child’s class party. Pickup was scheduled for the afternoon before Halloween — confirmed and “all set.”

My husband went to pick them up: the order didn’t exist. They told him to come back the next morning at 8am. He did — still no donuts, and they asked him to come back in an hour. Not possible with a school party that morning, so he had to run around buying last-minute treats somewhere else.

When I went in later for a refund, I was asked if I “still wanted the donuts”. Then when I declined, there was nothing but more confusion, attitude, and a manager call just to get the refund processed. We were told the order “just wasn’t entered”… twice.

This place has gone downhill since the ownership changed. Not very clean, cases rarely stocked, donuts don’t seem to be made on-site, and the service is nowhere near what it used to be.

I hope they turn things around, but for now, I can’t recommend. There are plenty of other good local shops.

Not as great as the Fort Lee location but still good. Their coffee was exceptional. Whatever they did for the coffee made the stop worth while and frankly I would go there just for that.

The donuts were pretty average, and the cronut was very disappointing. It was hard and felt like it had been sitting on a shelf for a long time. The donuts felt overly sweet, and there was something off about their texture. I liked the service, but unfortunately, I can only rate it 2 stars out of 5.

Place is pretty run down now. They have a very depressing atmosphere. When they first opened employees were cheerful and everything looked clean and fresh. I regularly walk in now and the place look like it’s falling apart and they never make enough donuts to last the day. I tried the Ring Ding, Red Velvet, Banana Boston Cream, Blueberry Crumble Something or other and they all tasted the same. The Banana tasted like Banana flavored medicine.

I can’t possibly recommend this place in this condition at these prices.

$15 for 6 small donuts that look waaaaay better than they taste.

Good donuts, mediocre service.

I usually get a box when Invited to friends, they always like it and since there's a huge selection - it's always surprising with new flavors.
