went in to get a sandwich, picked it up, then when i got home, there was plastic in my sandwich and it tastes bland.
Clean restaurant. Stopped by yesterday for lunch. Owner was there and he was a kind gentleman who conversed well while making my Spicy Italian 6-in sandwich. Funny guy. This location does not participate in any discount promotions/coupons. Best of luck to this franchise owner!

Terrible service. I placed an order online and the money was drawn from my account. When i get to the store to pick up my order, the very rude owner that ive never seen in there out of all the times i have been, insists that he never received the order. I kept explaining and SHOWING that i paid and all he kept telling me was to call the bank. NO HELP AT ALL. Mind you all the times i have ordered from there i have never had an issue. Always places my order online and the sweet lady would have it ready. Terrible rude useless owner.

Worst Subway you can go to. Put in an online order, with a valid promo code. Get there to Pickup food. Owner says we cant honor your deal. When asked why? He yelled "I lose money on that I cancelled your order". I guess he doesnt realize Im a weekly customer at REGULAR prices. Not anymore.
Store could yuse to be cleaned, tile floor is grimey. Drink area always a mess. I guess you look past those things when youre a regular - but when you dont get respect as a customer you start to see all the other things wrong.
Steer clear, goto a different Subway.

I submitted and online order and when I arrived I gave my name asked if a bag on the counter was mine..the worker said" no, I have to make your sandwiches". I sat to the side in the waiting area. I then heard the worker counting change and saw that she was closing out the register..it was 30 minutes before closing and she still had not made my sandwiches..I said , "are you counting out"? She said , "I count out first then I make your sandwiches"..I said "no..you make my sandwiches and then count out" and added, "I even gave you a tip"..then, after a bit of attitude i finally got my sandwiches, and she had the nerve to show me the pick up time was 9:40; it was 9:36..my titan turkey barely had any turkey on it..not satisfied with the service or the food..I'll be going to Subway in Teaneck n the future...

The lady here was very rude she told me I had to order online and then proceeded to take 3 customers. She gets my online order and tried to slap it together “we don’t read instructions” how do you take an online order and not read instructions? I asked her name but she wouldn’t tell me

The lady at the register was all by herself during a heavy rush. I waited over 40 minutes for my order that i placed for pickup. I wasn’t even mad, i just felt bad for her and tipped her a large amount. For a big company like Subway im sure they have a budget for another worker on shift so that anyone, especially the lady who helped me doesn’t have to suffer through that again. Not to mention, she was KIND to everyone the WHOLE TIME no matter how overwhelmed and stressed she appeared. She did amazing, Subway New Milford — DO BETTER!!!!

Ordered thru the app, that clearly states that the location was participating with the local promo, just to drive 20 mins to the store to be told they won’t make the order just bc they don’t take the promo. Makes no sense, they just want customers to pay $20 for a meal due to lack of sales. Only one worker there, Araceli, which was beyond rude. Don’t waste your time.
