I have written before about this place. The food is great. BUT … I find the customer service to be weak. On two occasions, I have called them from where I live and been told to come in. Both times, after a 20 minute ride I have been told they cannot accommodate me. In fact, Saturday night I had my daughter with me who was graduating high school the next day and we literally were turned away.
The management of the restaurant does not value customer relationships. I was one of the first customers of this restaurant, and have ordered well over $1000 of orders over time. They still have no loyalty, and to my face rejected me. Their argument was that it was 8:20pm and they were closing by 9pm and others had arrived in the interim. But come on….I’m a great customer and drove a long way.
The first time, maybe 18 months ago, I gave it a pass. This time, I have decided to end my relationship with the restaurant.
If you don’t care about customer service and loyalty, this is great food. If you value these things, then you will be disappointed. They smile at you, but there is not a strong value of “customer is always right” at this place.

This is hands-down our favorite sushi place! It’s an intimate, family-run gem where you can truly feel the love and care that goes into everything—from the food to the service. The sushi is always incredibly fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed.
Our kids love coming here too. The friendly staff always makes them feel special, and the free ice cream at the end is such a sweet treat they look forward to every time.
We’re so grateful to have a place like this in the neighborhood. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great sushi in a cozy, family-friendly setting!

I want to almost gatekeep this great local restaurant but in my heart I know this place deserves 5+ stars. This is a gem of a sushi (and ramen, and some Korean bbq) restaurant... my kids are picky eaters but they love this place. The dining area is a little tight but they make it work... It does get busy so plan for a small wait. The owners and entire staff are extremely friendly and usually offer a free dessert (which we are usually too full to eat afterwards).

Had a fantastic experience at this sushi spot! The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful—every bite was delicious. The staff was efficient, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. As a bonus, they offer complimentary ice cream at the end, which was such a nice treat. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
