Service was ridiculous, one waitress , one sushi chef . Appetizers came out after dinner everyone was eating at different times . Language barrier with waitress! It wasn’t good . We wanted a nice family dinner , very distracting , the restaurant was empty no reason for this service . Very disappointed

Wonderful atmosphere, very spacious. Courteous, prompt, and attentive wait staff. Food is delicious and the menu selections are many, including Japanese and Thai dishes. Portions are quite generous, and their cost is very reasonable. Ample parking, right in the center of downtown New Providence amidst many fine stores and services all within walking distance. Highly recommended!

It’s been about 15 years that we’ve been ordering from Fan Bistro monthly (sometimes weekly!) We have also had several major celebrations at the restaurant. My family and I commented today that we cannot remember one time that they didn’t get our order right. The food is exceptional and delicious every single time. High quality sushi, masterfully crafted meals and lovely presentation.
