This ramen was delicious, served quickly, and very hearty and fresh. The staff was very welcoming and friendly! We also had scallion pancakes that were absolutely delicious. Would love to return again and highly recommend anyone in the area!

I ordered the “Queen” ramen which is Kawa Ramen’s take on Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen. Shoyu ramen is the standard ramen of Tokyo and it has always been my favorite style. I find that it serves as a good benchmark for me when comparing the many ramen restaurants I’ve visited.

The most important aspects of any bowl of ramen are the noodles and the broth. Unfortunately, the noodles were overcooked, losing the al dente springiness...
