I was so amazed when I saw Triple T at Smashburger because it felt completely unexpected. Usually, when I go there, it’s just normal people eating burgers and fries. Seeing someone I actually recognize made the whole place feel different and way more exciting.

Smashburger bathrooms are actually really nice compared to a lot of other fast food places. When you walk in, they usually feel clean and well taken care of. The floors are not sticky, the sinks are shiny, and there’s usually soap and paper towels available. That already makes a big difference because nobody wants to use a messy bathroom.

Another reason they’re great is that they are usually quiet and private. Smashburger restaurants are not always super...

Don’t worry about that one review (suk) said. There are thousands of people who go to Smashburger and love the food and service. One upset customer doesn’t define the business at all. If he never comes back, there’s always a new customer on the way. Keep doing what you’re doing. Dont let that one guy let you down. He can go find a restaurant that treats his tolerance!
