Three stars only for the delicious wrap. It was past breakfast time so when I first got there I was told ‘breakfast was over 10.30’ I walked around and came back and saw someone ordering a breakfast item. I asked her if I could get something. We only have these 2 …. and she named them! Could’ve told me this earlier!!! I ordered the wrap and loved it! The chai was good too! Service sucks so if this is important to this company do something about it! If not ….. just carry on!!!
Awful in every way! Ordered a bacon, egg & cheese croissant sandwich. Bacon was burnt, croissant was flattened in a panini press and was burnt, cheese was almost nonexistent and egg was rubbery. Employee fixing coffee was sooooooo mean and rude! She obviously didn’t care about anyone or anything. I want to warn people, do NOT waste your money at Abica coffee! Go any place else! You’ll be glad you did!
I order Americano and they gave me regular coffee, not even close to Americano. My Americano came out from coffee jar. I have doubt because my coffee was ready in less than 1 minutes. There are a couple of people waiting in-front of me. Don’t buy coffee here, gas station coffee is better than this.
Incredibly rude staff. The short little man/woman behind the register gave me attitude when I looked at the menu after asking for a coffee. Exact words while shaking his/her head back and forth looking away, "you BETTER NOT be looking at my breakfast menu", then leaned to look around me and yelled to the line "WE AIN'T GOT NO BREAKFAST!" Then turned to me and said the total (it was $4-something). I told him/her to keep the coffee, I didn't need it that bad. I caught the shuttle to Terminal C for Starbucks. It was worth the extra time. These people at the Terminal A location are arrogant and awfully rude for no reason. Was there a sign saying "no food"? Nope. Did I have any way of knowing before I walked up to order? Nope. So what did he/she gain by yelling at a customer who was trying to purchase breakfast off their breakfast menu?
There is black female worker there screams on customers I had to pay on advance I wouldn’t take the coffe from her if I didn’t pay already I don’t trust what she puts on coffe I had to throw the coffee in trash
I understand that they're swamped with the morning rush (they sure yell a lot for 7 am) but they burnt the bottom of my daughter's breakfast croissant sandwich and still wrapped it up and served it to us. She didn't finish the sandwich even though she tried to make do with an open faced upside down sandwich because the bacon just looked sad. The iced chai is decent but given the alternatives in this terminal, I'm regretting my decision to wait to eat until after getting the shuttle from terminal c.
Verbal service, they burn my egg and cheese sandwich twice finally they said the machine is not good, they offered a wrap instead I asked for egg and cheese like my first sandwich they put bacon on it. Bad place.
Absolutely the worse-how they have folks in the airport since 4am and they don’t open until 5:30am. The staff kept yelling that she was only serving coffee and muffins and to stop asking her questions. I know people are stressed and understaffed but that was so rude and unnecessary. They have to do better to accommodate folks traveling early.
Nasty a... people with no manners. I ordered a hot chocolate and waited for 10 minutes and did not get it. On top of that the person preparing drinks started yelling at me and told me to just get a refund. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Dissatisfied with the service here today. I was about to get something and the young lady with the red braids in her hair that stays on her cell phone the whole time blew her nose and refused to wash her hands. I asked her if she was going to wash her hands and she said that she didn’t touch anything. This is unacceptable and she was so rude.

Was in line and the guy before me was told to wait.. and he waited.. ..waited .. he said when he finally did order he would like so n so coffee.. and the girl rolls her eyes and says i heard you before and you still have to wait. So we were all waiting on an employee who was talking on the phone .. although for a tiny shop seems like of the 4 people working someone could pour a coffee. I mean its an airline stand. Most of the time ...time is very important. No one there thinks so. Could have just even given a free coffee if we all needed to wait 5 minutes for a phone call to end. Anyways I felt like no one cared and I was a pain or annoyance .. I left
Nice clean place that provided a good, strong cup of americano coffee. Able to relax and kill a bit of time before our final flight from Newark to Manchester.
