If you are seeking an exceptional dining experience, I highly recommend Abruzzo. The menu is a true culinary masterpiece, offering a diverse selection of dishes that cater to a wide range of palates. The staff—particularly Mohammed and his team—are consistently professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that each visit is a memorable one. I place my order directly with the server (not via QR code). She then immediately brings me a tablet and asked to pre-pay which included the pre-populated tip (nothing has been served at this point). I thought it was a bit odd but I said okay, and gave her my credit card. She then give me back the tablet with my credit card and asked me to type in all my credit card info in the tablet. It's probably not her fault but not sure what's the purpose of a pre- populated 18% tip anymore..

Staff was kind BUT … To start, the sears and tables were filthy. Seems no one cleans this place. Coffee took 20-25 minutes just to get it in hand. Scrambled eggs were horrific, literally mush and pasty! Over-priced macchiato was cold when received. Potatoes were part cooked part not. Bread was definitely old! Bacon was way too salty and greasy. Never again

Mediocre food at fine dining prices (yes, even factoring in that this is an airport restaurant).
GARBAGE service. Wait staff said two words to me the entire time (“sit anywhere”). They don’t even take your order - you do that yourself with your phone - so they really can just ignore you the entire time. I had to ask for water and the guy looked put out. No one checked how the food was. No one asked if I needed anything.
Awful, AND because you pay up front, you tip up front too. The staff seems to be well aware that they’re not getting tipped on the service and they take FULL advantage.
If you want to be treated like a human, eat somewhere else.

The food was horrible. The sauce tasted like watered down nothing. The lettuce was wilted in the salad. The Arnold Palmer just tasted like weak iced tea. It was awful. I don’t mind paying a premium price in the airport. I travel nearly every week. I get it costs more. However when you pay a premium and you get a meal that horrible, you get a negative review.

They automatically added an 18% tip. Is that even legal?
The burger was good but the French fries were barely mediocre.
The waitress was helpful and the wait was short. But I arrived before it got busy.

I had a wonderful dinner with my family at Abruzzo Restaurant last night. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. A special thanks to Manager Muhammad,and his team who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us – his hospitality truly stood out.
The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection, and you can really taste the quality and care that goes into the cooking. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, making it a great spot for both family gatherings and special occasions.
We left with full hearts and full stomachs, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Before you order, take a minute to see how quickly the kitchen is getting food out. I wish I had done that, but when you’re tired and hungry, your judgment isn’t always the best. The prices were on the high side, but I didn’t mind that part. The trouble started after I placed the order through the QR code. We sat at the bar and I ordered fries, a salad with chicken, and grilled bread. My husband ordered the steak. Yes, I know, steak at the airport haha but apparently he was hungry.
The servers and even the cook were tasting food right in the middle of service, which was odd to watch. When my Caesar salad came, it looked sad, the fries weren’t hot, and they were soggy. From our seat we could see the kitchen, and it was clear the servers were frustrated with how slowly food was coming out. A few even tried to help the cook, but he was snapping at them.
When the steak finally arrived, it was very rare..so rare that when cut open, it was still blue. We sent it back, but that took another fifteen minutes. By then, most of our food went untouched. I really wish I hadn’t spent $160 on airport food, but at the very least it should be something you want to eat.

Aside from overpriced menu, my cats get more flavor out of fresh mouse with some grass than we did from Tuna Crudo. I mean it. High expectations to total disappointment and dissatisfaction. If i pay over $100 for 2, i expect Good flavor instead of plain tasteless grass and protein. Seems that tipping isn’t optional: they tip themselves for you. Italian steakhouse - what joke. Go down towards 80sh gates and find better options. Guessing, but at least those options smell good.

In the airport Terminal C.. food seems overpriced but the airport in general is.
Had lunch and drinks Friday! Had the shrimp and pasta, it was wonderful. Muhammad and his team did a great job! Keep it up!

The food and services where great the price was expensive even for airport food. I give them 1 star cause my stomach hurts since I eat there. My wife eat with me and she also in pain.
