Very Slow and i would now miss my flight.
The food has been sitting after plated surely as when served it was just about warm. The restaurant was deserted, only about 3 tables taken. I asked the waiter to do it quick since we had about 1 hour for departure, food came in after 40
Mins!!
Limited veggie options
Breakfast was delicious!

We had a rough set of delays and flights cancellations and were running on no sleep when we showed up hungry and tired from struggling with United. The crew who was working the morning shift on Jan 19th was super patient and helpful, made us delicious food and took great care of us!!! We are grateful.

The carbonara was just cream sauce with garlic, horrible. Something you'd buy frozen and heat up. They charge you at the start of the meal because they know their food and service is aweful. The main course took about an hour to be served and one was missing which took another 20 mins.
My daughter and I shared the meatballs and got to our final destination with the worst food poisoning I've ever had. We had to rush to the ER and that's the only meal throughout our journey home that only the two of us ate.
Dont go here... ever. Its looks are deceiving for what they charge.
Abruzzo, please don't bother acting like you care to the public by responding to this post asking me to fill out more details on your website. The day you start charging people after their meal and not before is when I'll believe you genuinely care about the quality of your establishment.

There’s a reason they make you pay and tip ahead. The service was terrible no cutlery, we had to individually ask the server for knifes, the water that you had to ask for (not through the QR code ordering) was never refilled. Decent food but the lack of service is not worth it

First it’s not an Italian place anymore, has the Italian branding but the menu is for a Greek place. Not sure if this is permanent or based on time of day.
Now the bad.. we had a few side orders of vegetables to stay healthy and they were DRENCHED in some sort of cooking oil - was expecting a simple side of broccolini to be steamed or grilled, maybe a drizzle of something. They must have been either deep fried or stored in a vat of cheap oil, was one of those things you start eating and just go “oh no”. Really too bad as the veggies were obviously fresh and looked great, absolutely no reason for it.
The only surprisingly decent option was the lamb burger, dry and clean, very decent.
Servers are very nice, nothing against them - it’s all a centralized kitchen.

This place stole from me and I saw them steal from the man next to me at the bar.
After 50 minutes, I did not receive my food. I had to leave to catch my flight. When I asked for a refund, they said that they “couldn’t find” the charge, even though the charge showed up on my debit card in my banking app. They charged the man next to me $25 for a diet coke, and said it was a mistake. We both ordered with the bartender instead of through the app.
I am only rating 2 stars because I think people don’t believe 1 star ratings. DO NOT GO HERE

The service was HORRIBLE. We sat at bar and had to ask them to clean our area. We ordered breakfast at cost of $60 for 2. MANY orders were prepared and then sat in the kitchen opening for at least 10 minutes before being taken to customers. When we asked whether any of orders were ours, bartender explained and then debated with me that she couldn’t just take orders and that she had to wait for other staff to retrieve their orders. $30 omelette was so so at best. Staff seemed to ignore customers and didn’t seem to work together at all.

If you are seeking an exceptional dining experience, I highly recommend Abruzzo. The menu is a true culinary masterpiece, offering a diverse selection of dishes that cater to a wide range of palates. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff—particularly Mohammed and his team—are consistently professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that each visit is a memorable one. I have dined at Abruzzo on multiple occasions and have always been thoroughly impressed. It is undoubtedly a premier destination for discerning food enthusiasts.

I place my order directly with the server (not via QR code). She then immediately brings me a tablet and asked to pre-pay which included the pre-populated tip (nothing has been served at this point). I thought it was a bit odd but I said okay, and gave her my credit card. She then give me back the tablet with my credit card and asked me to type in all my credit card info in the tablet. It's probably not her fault but not sure what's the purpose of a pre- populated 18% tip anymore..

Staff was kind BUT … To start, the sears and tables were filthy. Seems no one cleans this place. Coffee took 20-25 minutes just to get it in hand. Scrambled eggs were horrific, literally mush and pasty! Over-priced macchiato was cold when received. Potatoes were part cooked part not. Bread was definitely old! Bacon was way too salty and greasy. Never again

Mediocre food at fine dining prices (yes, even factoring in that this is an airport restaurant).
GARBAGE service. Wait staff said two words to me the entire time (“sit anywhere”). They don’t even take your order - you do that yourself with your phone - so they really can just ignore you the entire time. I had to ask for water and the guy looked put out. No one checked how the food was. No one asked if I needed anything.
Awful, AND because you pay up front, you tip up front too. The staff seems to be well aware that they’re not getting tipped on the service and they take FULL advantage.
If you want to be treated like a human, eat somewhere else.
