Loved the tilapia piccata and Portuguese sausage. The desserts were awesome. Dri (the waiter) was excellent. The only issue was we had a reservation but were seated in the bar area, not the main dining area. That should have been noted when we made the reservation.

This restaurant is great, nice bar scene, private dining rooms, good location close to Penn Station and the Prudential Center. The food was very good, definitely try the flambé sausage, the steaks were very tasty. Excellent Newark option.

Adega is a lovely restaurant. The atmosphere was very warm,welcoming and cozy. The service was superb everyone was very attentive. The food was fresh , tasty and just enough! The sangria was the best I've had in a while. I will definitely be back.

To start, I made a reservation. When I arrived they took my name and told me to wait on a line. Is t that the point of making a reservation? I waited 2 hours for burnt lobster tails. I understand it was busy, but I've been to busy restaurants and I've never waited that long for food. On top of the wait, the lobster was way over cooked. An apology and maybe a free something would have been nice. Instead I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Great experience! Food was good and the service was good. The hostess seemed a bit overwhelmed by the traffic of people arriving but the manager did a good job seating people.

Very for place to entertain events, Xmas Parties....The upstairs lounge is excellent for larger crowd...and the service is excellent...
Really nice vibe, although the music on Saturday night was kind of a mix of genres, and a bit loud at times for 2 people to talk. I know parts of the venue do turn a little more club-like at times. This particular night wasn't crowded after midnight. Will return for a full dinner experience soon!
