Got an automated text asking how my unload went at 10:37am. Appt time 07:00, arrived at 06:00 and docked at 8:30. It’s 12:30pm now still loaded on the dock lol. Anheuser-Busch will never see me again. First and last time.

This dump is a dangerous and exhausting place for truck drivers. Their tight exit scale had a sharp metal point sticking out from its rails, that caused my truck's tire and rim to get damaged. Their upper management forces every truck to drive through tight weigh scales for the entrance and exit, causing extremely long lines even for the shortest and simplest tasks. A normal check-in process that would normally take 20 minutes, can take up to 4 hours here. Their loading and unloading processes can take anywhere between 7-15 hours. They had me stranded there for close to 23 hours, sleep deprived. Even a few workers there told me they hate working there. Very corrupt company.

It was not that busy on a Monday afternoon, check in with kiosk on scale on their app. Kiosk screen might freeze if that happens go to security building for them to reset, pretty simple and straight forward. Tight curbs by scale in and out, minus a star for them because they load too heavy in the front. However loaded within reasonable time frame less than 2 hours.

WORST FACILITY EVER! If you’re a driver, RUN from this place. I sat 5 HOURS for unload while the staff acted like they didn’t care. No updates. No communication. No respect for your time. These people treat drivers like garbage. I’ll never come back here, and I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I wish i could give 0 star
I dont want to gave any star but google dont gave option to gave o star. Guard shack is good. But when turn to door they gave very soon after check in but dont gave any information when they start unloading. After 10 hours on door with open reefer door they said we are holding the truck due to some reason but why they dont allow to driver to close the door and we will notify you once we start. Ridiculous company.

Appointment 9:00am Friday Arrived 7:30am Friday Place is closed until Sunday for a safety meeting What meeting last 3 days ? 🤔 Why wouldn’t they refer this to brokers and customers 😤 Drivers do not come here , Lost out on a $3,000 load from NJ - AL thanks to this terrible load
