FRIENDLY ADVICE, IF YOUR S TRUCK DRIVER / dispatcher. DONT SEND YOUR TRUCKS HERE. Had 5pm appointment, it’s currently 11pm and still not loaded. Unless you plan on spending 2 days with a 290 mile load, I wouldn’t advise coming here at all. Nobody has a clue what’s going on, Dumb as hell. I’ve watched 4 other trucks pull into dock HOURS after my arrival and they’re loaded and gone. This crap hole is on my BlackList
"Never book a load to this location. I arrived yesterday and was told to wait until the next morning. Now, after 10 hours, they still haven’t unloaded. The workers seem unmotivated and are dragging out the process."
This place is over! 1 star only for parking, you can spend the night and most likely will have to spend the night! Check-in at 15.00 check-out at 02.00

Came here at 11 am . No staff at the checkpoint. So all the trucks need to wait until 4 pm
Excellent service, spacious, Parking available, Can come 3 hours early, check in at kiosk, open doors for camera, texted me the door and instructions quick service. Put your tandems back, remove glad hand, texted when finish. ?
Thank you Paulette & yards masters, keep up the good work.
There’s only one other place worse than this place and that’s Amazon. Expect to sit on dock door for a minimum of 6 hours for a live load at this place. Their check in system is also a mess.
Appointment at 3 o’clock wasn’t allowed in the gate until six 945. They just started unloading me. This is the worst Busch I’ve been to. I hope my company never gets a load back to this place again. The only thing that they have positive working for you is that they give you a place to park 10 trucks at best and they got 30 to 40 loads going in and coming out every day
One of the worst places to load and unload, the staff is highly inefficient, on Saturdays and Sundays they do not receive although they are working 24 hours a day, I have been here for 3 days...I think I am already desperate...when they gave me a ramp it took 7 hours to unload ...so that they check you and think about you before coming to this unpleasant place
wouldnt give any star for this dumb facility, they went for lunch without completing their unloading and and came back after a while and caused me to fail on my next load. Lazy people need to fire and renew them all.

The guards are short staffed. Some know what they're doing. Others don't. Having to wait to get onto the check-in scale, because a driver didn't know their shipment number (same thing happened to me) and the guard couldn't tell him what to look for, took entirely too long, almost 30 minutes. Guards were nice though.
Garbage place!
Very very bad company ...
Sunday evening shift security are so unprofessional, downright childish. The truck scale has no signs to tell you what to do besides wear a safety vest. The callbox on the exit says "enter truck number for entry." I was exiting, and it's a two way scale, no directions for exit. Checked the center security shack, nobody there. So I went to the main security building and they pretended I wasn't there. Ignored me while I got soaked in monsoon rain for over half an hour blocking the scales. They expect you to automatically know what to do when the gate is down and no signs and nobody will respond or help you. Eneded up calling the warehouse and sent to security where they acted like I'm stupid and pretended they didn't have the bol number i signed in with just to keep me out in the rain. I was still polite. Finally on the phone they told me the callbox is for exit, despite it saying entry. How was I supposed to know? Forgive me for assuming the machine means what it says. They played with me until trucks lined up behind me and then suddenly they had my bol. The callbox said "go to the back of your trailer for your bol." So I did. And I waited. No signs or people saying otherwise. Nobody came. Still in the monsoon rain waiting for some direction. After a while I went back to my truck and heard her yelling through the callbox to get my paperwork inside the mini guard shack off the printer. There was no paperwork. Still messing with me. After running back and forth, I finally got my paperwork and she changed my carrier code to "DUMB" on the paperwork. This is a gown woman who's been messing with me for over half an hour, giving conflicting information, and the callbox too. And had the gall to state I'm dumb on a legitimate document, and why? Bc I followed the only directions I had from the callbox, which apparently makes me stupid just bc they give false directions.
Live load - check in 30 min before appt - received a door & was loaded with paperwork within an hour & 30 min.
