Sunday evening shift security are so unprofessional, downright childish. The truck scale has no signs to tell you what to do besides wear a safety vest. The callbox on the exit says "enter truck number for entry." I was exiting, and it's a two way scale, no directions for exit. Checked the center security shack, nobody there. So I went to the main security building and they pretended I wasn't there. Ignored me while I got soaked in monsoon rain for over half an hour blocking the scales. They expect you to automatically know what to do when the gate is down and no signs and nobody will respond or help you. Eneded up calling the warehouse and sent to security where they acted like I'm stupid and pretended they didn't have the bol number i signed in with just to keep me out in the rain. I was still polite. Finally on the phone they told me the callbox is for exit, despite it saying entry. How was I supposed to know? Forgive me for assuming the machine means what it says. They played with me until trucks lined up behind me and then suddenly they had my bol. The callbox said "go to the back of your trailer for your bol." So I did. And I waited. No signs or people saying otherwise. Nobody came. Still in the monsoon rain waiting for some direction. After a while I went back to my truck and heard her yelling through the callbox to get my paperwork inside the mini guard shack off the printer. There was no paperwork. Still messing with me. After running back and forth, I finally got my paperwork and she changed my carrier code to "DUMB" on the paperwork. This is a gown woman who's been messing with me for over half an hour, giving conflicting information, and the callbox too. And had the gall to state I'm dumb on a legitimate document, and why? Bc I followed the only directions I had from the callbox, which apparently makes me stupid just bc they give false directions.

If you want to play around 10hrs with shipper that tries to load your truck with in 1 pound of its legal limits. This is the place for youAll you do this bud is for you

Truck drivers avoid this place. We were in a door for 14 hrs delivering and no there were no issues with the load. Laziest bunch of people ever. If I could give this place a-4 stars I would.

TRUCKERS... The entrance is tricky. If you happen to come through the airport road you can eventually do a U-turn at Spring St. Continue unto McClellan st. And when you get to the round-about do a 360 towards U.S 1.About a quarter mile later the entrance is on the right with a big 200 sign.

My 2nd time here for a pu and a huge regret both times. Not flexible, terrible loading times. Their check in system has issues, i checked in at 4pm for a 7 pm appt and never got a call. Ended up canceling and leaving. Complete time waster, not worth it.
Get on scale when you enter even if empty. Use kiosk to check in . Guard will tell you what door dock Togo to or they text you . I pulled off scale and waited at the end of the road . But guard walked to truck and said door 38. Unloaded in 2 hours nobody here at 3 am Saturday. 6:30 waiting for yard movers to remove red service line lock out . But they take a long long time they was in shift change he said. When leaving use farthest scale from guard shack and kiosk to exit .

This place is extremely slow, they put you in a dock, but don't load you! I sat in the dock 4 hours before they started loading me and that was after I contacted Universal Capacity and they made a call to the broker.Horrible service!

They r open 24hrs..took me right away..put me in a door and unloaded me. They let us sleep here. This is my first time here so wasn't sure what 2 do. But weigh in 1st thing then go in security build to the right. Great experience !!

This place is extremely slow, they put you in a dock, but don't load you! I sat in the dock 4 hours before they started loading me and that was after I contacted Universal Capacity and they made a call to the broker.Horrible service!
