I ordered a bagel. It was very hard skim beam, burnt and not cut as requested. I returned it after waiting in line and requested another one and then they did the same exact thing again I returned it as well again and for the third time they did the same thing again but now that, they had the nerve to insult me and tell me that the bagel was cut in half when it was never cut in half. It was just so hard that it actually broke in half then they proceeded to tell me to give me a refund and I paid with Apple Pay so they want, my card that I don’t have with me because I paid with the phone and the story goes on. This sucks rude to the customers.

I ordered in store on the app. However there's only one or two staff working front and drive thru. So orders take a while. Everything in our order was made just right. I'd recommend this location !

if I could give this place a negative rating I would. I am a previous employee. there are so many different things I can inform you about. I want to start with the air system in the summer the heat is blasted and the employees are being baked. It's a very uncomfortable condition to work in. There are also a lot of flies. One of the employees dropped a breakfast wrap on the floor and picked it up and still served it to a customer. I was so bothered by that and when I said something to her she just laughed and said shh. They only leave 2 employees in the afternoon and we do not get a break. The manager is often drunk it's why I left because he would drunk text me being extremely rude and he's done that to numerous employees. There is also a big bee problem in the summer and during one of my shifts my co worker and I where being chased by them the whole time and she is allergic when we told him he said you can quit instead of just getting an exterminator. As a customer the lines are always long. The bathroom is never cleaned. I've found a fly in my ice cream one time. This is in a very convenient location so of course they make a lot of money but other wise that I despise coming to this dunkin. It's very unprofessional and something should be done about this place.

I work in Dunkin’ Donuts on 596 market st in Newark NJ for one night shift over a month ago. The manager told me to give him copy of my SSN passport and green card so he can pay me for that one night. I gave him the copies 4 weeks ago. I still haven’t got my pay check. I try calling his cell but he won’t answer. And when I call the store phone they always say he is not there. So I’m running out of options now. Before I go to the labor department on Monday, I want to let the franchise know about the situation.
