Rude staff, very dry breakfast sandwich.
Want your business to fail, keep doing what you are doing! Was 5th person in line, took me 40 min to order. Rude and extremely slow staff. Not nearly enough selection
employee was polite, food is good. thats all a customer ask.
SO INEFFICIENT! This place was the slowest in history. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. It took me twenty minutes just to place an order and then had to wait for an eternity to get the food. This is not isolated to this place. Can't Auntie Anne's become a little more efficient?
The level of rudeness is shadowed only by their level of incompetence. Both workers could hardly put two words together let alone acknowledge the customer.. after being yelled at I spent more somewhere else
I hate to say it but when I tasted the pretzels and bites on my way back home I was suprised. If you like heavy thicc and very salty pretzels go there. not my taste though.
They run out of everything and it's prime time. Massive advertisement for pizza and water, get there, no ingredients. Asked for one of the many sandwiches, no sandwiches. Have two stars because she apologized. Waited 6min in line, walked away with nothing. Hate false advertising and inventory mismanagement.
Place is awful. They are so rude. Wouldn’t let me order what I wanted said they won’t make it.
They where out of most of the items and the staff was very rude
Staff really rude the worker told me that mini Hot dog would be ready in 10-12 minutes we went in 10 minutes and there where no mini Hot dog we aksed and the worker was really rude and i saw they had it in the oven.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Such bad experience. Cup of burnt pretzels. Ran out of items. Employees didn't offer good service. 12/29/2021. Will update on flight back if changes.
The worker was very friendly! Unfortunately the food was not good. I got the cinnamon pretzel bites. They were cold, hard, and burnt/old looking. The cinnamon pretzels appeared to be the original salted pretzel bites, just coated in cinnamon. It did not taste great with the heavy salt, and cinnamon mixture.
No pretzels available. #sadI patronize Auntie Ann's for pretzels not breakfast sandwiches.
The worst customer service ever!!!!
Horrible customer service, changed planes here and auntie Anne’s was the only place still open, they had pizzas ready and refused to sell me one bc the employees wanted to take them home.
