I’ve tried calling this location numerous times for the past 2 days and no one picks up the phone!!! Why have a phone number if you don’t bother using it?

This Auntie Anne’s location needs an adult on site to supervise the children they hire & maybe more than one cashier so that when one goes to the bathroom for 30 minutes theres someone else there to take customers.

I always take the bus to Newark Penn, passing by in hopes that I could get my pretzel cravings but they have their location closed by 8:30pm. Otherwise I haven’t had any issued before with the food they have served me, cashiers are often nice and kind.

They always close a half hour early the Spanish girls are very arrogant and blunt they have one lady throwing the food away at 8: 30pm while they outside doing trash, they don't accept coupons or stamp the card.just not pleasant good experience or customer service.

They close way to early, way before their closing time. And most of the food is never readyyy. So expect to wait.

I arrived at 8:40 PM, only to find that they had already closed. What's the point of stating that they close at 9 PM if they shut their doors 20 minutes early?

With nothing going on except gossip behind the counter, nothing that is on display is ready. In a train station? Will never be attempting to stop here before work again. I genuinely feel like I was being taken for a fool having to stand there for 2 minutes just because the employees prefer to gossip than to be preparing food, or taking orders.

Buyer Beware!!!! Sometimes this location gives you stale pretzels, but sometimes they are fresh. However, be VERY careful of the change you receive because often they are out of dimes, nickels, and pennies. They like to rip people off that way, so they can get more money. This location of Auntie Anne's is by far the worst one I've encountered.

$10+ for pretzel bites and a lemonade. I asked for a fork, they gave me splintered toothpicks. I just picked A WOODEN SPLINTER FROM MY MOUTH because they refuse to give me a plastic fork. Corporate needs to shut this down. It's a hazard.

Horrible customer service, they give you burnt food and the manager Chris asked me to return food from a week ago in order to get a replacement.
This is never open at 930 which is when I normally pass it on my way home
Just OK! I am used to the pretzels having more quality/ fluff. Here it seems a bit rushed. The cashier was nice. They have a fruit punch and lemonade drink. They also have an app where you can order before hand.
