Ordered the chicken pho, and was pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavor that the broth offered. Very homey, very light, and pairing it with the bean sprouts provided a nice earthy undertone to balance the savory chicken broth, the jalapeños added a spicy kick and a contrast in texture as compared to the onion and rice noodles, and the lime added a hint of acidity which paired well with the more base and grounded flavored of the pho.

Banh & Bo has become my new go to for pre-concert food for shows at Prudential! The banh mi and bubble tea are always delicious and the staff is so friendly. I've had fun attending cupsleeve events here as well 😊
