What a joke! You have to scan the QR code to order online. Which me and 2 other random people did. We can’t get ahold of anyone or see anyone for our orders. Haven’t yet seen one person behind the bar. Hope we get our money back :(

We should have looked at the reviews first. This place needs to be replaced with a good option.
Chips and guacamole took 42min to be served. It was a plop of guacamole and bagged chips. I would have expected these to be fresh made chips for the price ($16.99) and time it took.
10oz Steak and Potatoes ordered medium rare. Took 27min. The plate was only half full of food. Some of the steak was well, some medium well, some rare. For the price it was not worth it ($44.99).
And even my tea was not worth the cost $5.50. The flavor was not right and I copied even see through the liquid. Not sure what is up with the mix, machine, or water.

Had pizza with goat cheese. The portion was large, so I couldn’t finish it by myself. It tasted great. The food arrived relatively quick (10-15 min) and tasted great! It was convenient because each table had personal charging station.

AVOID this place! Food took really long (25 minutes) when there were only 9 other people in the establishment. Food was cooler than luke warm, both burger and fries when delivered. No condiments on the burger nor offered. One of our orders was wrong. Never checked on us after delivering food; no chance to correct the order. Save yourself the frustration of overpaying for sub par food and service.

Food came in a container box, I asked for a plate but was told I couldn’t have one. The fries were between warm and very hot - microwaved. Sandwich bread was burnt.
Also every plate that came out the servers walk around asking whose it is - what’s the point the QR code menu “order here for delivery to this seat”?

I ordered a drink and a pizza 1 hour and 30 minutes before my plane was supposed to board and the drink came out 20 minutes later it was good but the pizza never came 🙃 I asked staff that was delivering food and they said they would check on my order but nothing I had to leave to board my flight angry, hungry and pizza-less do not stop here not worth your time or money worst airport restaurant experience ever and I travel for work for a living.
Wow absolutely terrible experience don't waste your time. Which they will take a lot of. I get that it's an airport restaurant but I ordered a medium rare hanger steak and received a well done steak. How do you mess up that bad especially when you are charging $50 bucks for a 10oz steak.

Ordered a waffle and bacon and 30 minutes later had to submit a refund request because I needed to go to my gate. Was listed as open but not an employee in sight to talk to. How do you screw this up when you're charging people 300% markup prices?
