if I wasn't in a rush for this anniversary cake I would of asked for a refund and went to a different shop, they lady told me she called me yesterday without leaving a message about them not having the ice cream nor the cake flavor i wanted. I wanted a chocolate cake layer with cookie dough ice cream it was supposed to be a ice cream cake of my choice as said online and then come to find out it wasn't yet mad and when it was finished it was nearly melted because it was just made. I was too happy the out come was nice and she tried her best but this was still a disappointment.

I ordered an on the go, took them 20 min to even attempt to make my order they just kept saying give us a min, then they made the order wrong, gave me the wrong receipt and nobody bothered to apologize for anything, smh
