Worst airport restaurant in the worst airport I have ever visited. Dreadful all round.

Just brutal.

Abysmal. Wasted 15mins waiting for the app to work. When I told the server it was giving me an error and I couldn’t order, he told me he was busy and working alone. He snapped at me in front of other clients so I just walked out instead and ordered from a nearby machine. At least the machine was respectful and could take my order.

Server is grumpy and curt and honestly downright rude. Saw her pouring our beers with a good 1.5 inches of foam. Sorry but these are $15 beers (airport prices I know) but I just asked if she could please get rid of some of the foam and top them up. She said angrily “what are you asking me?” I asked again. She obliged but just on the one beer. Then proceeded to disappear for the rest of the time. Noticed her being short with other patrons and basically absent from the bar. Literally currently watching like 5 people leave the bar after waiting 10 mins because she is nowhere to be seen. There’s only one other “restaurant” in this terminal but just go there. They were attentive and polite. This place blows and the server is miserable. UPDATE* lol just saw a guy tell her to “keep the change and she said “no I don’t need the change” then she GOT ON HER CELLPHONE and loudly bitched about the guy giving her change???? Lol what is happening

Sat there for about 20 minutes near the bar. Staff never spoke to me. Served everyone around me even people who came after. I just left. One staff to like 40 people.

Don't eat here. Don't. Just don't.
This is atrocious even from airport restaurant standards. Absolute garbage. Not edible. Keep walking.

Food was bad. Worst french fries i think i have ever had. It did come out pretty fast though. Terribly overpriced $25 for a hamburger. Ewr is sp bad overall though so not too surprising.

i know i’m at an airport but this experience could be the poster child of the post-covid degradation of the restaurant industry. 26 years i made it before getting trapped in such a small chunk of a terminal, and today i learned how dire the conditions get when there’s only one place serving food to a captive audience. my grilled chicken avocado sandwich had what i can only describe as a “lacroix” amount of avocado, not to mention the price being double that of a standard NYC bodega and the wait being about 6 times as long. i can only hope my flights don’t get delayed in the future.

Rude wait staff.

This may be the most poorly ran restaurant I’ve ever been to and in an airport no less is insane. One waitress to run the whole restaurant while the manager stand around or goes into the back. The appetizer came out with the entree and they were both lukewarm. The preztel was passable but didn’t taste fresh nor was the cheese anything special. The sandwich was supposedly to come with an avocado spread but putting that on lightly is nothing. The chicken breast was tough and just bland. This place needs to be renovated and switched to different ownership. Imagine trying to finish a meal and they have the water running because it’s closing time but the water just smells rancid. Just overall super bad.

Look, you’re not getting gourmet here. But the staff is friendly, the food comes out quick. The ordering system is a little weird, but that’s how things are nowadays.

I got the chicken avocado sandwich. It was good. Like I said, not gourmet but the flavours are there and the fries are good. It’s too easy to mess up fries, so having good ones shows me way better than their 1.3 star average

Thanks to the rude and unhelpful behaviour of the ladies I stepped out and found better food from the Farmers fridge outside their cafe. All I wanted to know was whether Belgian Frite was vegetarian. I am a senior citizen and could have shouted back but prefer to suggest it over here. The menu on display does not correspond with the online qr code menu. Shame on Newark Airport.

Shame on the owner of this restaurant for hiring only one person to cover 20 people. This is why there should be unions to protect workers. Waitress is lovely. Feel so sorry for her and pissed at owner..

Absolutely atrocious that this is the only restaurant in this area of the B terminal. Horrific service—not the poor waitresses’s fault, it was only one person serving 20 tables. I got the pretzel and the Caesar salad. The salad was $23 and literally just plain chicken and some romaine lettuce. Saddest salad I’ve ever eaten. Worth maximum $15. The pretzel was advertised as having everything seasoning and comes with honey mustard dip. It was just salted and came with nacho cheese. Truly an awful experience, so not worth the money.
