Terrible service. Overpriced food. Waited over 20 minutes and was ignored multiple times by the staff. I will never come here while waiting on a flight again.

The steak frites was surprisingly good (overcooked but still rather tasty).
Belgian beer selection is very limited (La Chouffe on tap), food and drinks expensive and mediocre, but a few ok spots.
Some wine options ok (Decoy), nice view of tarmac, a bit of cute detail in the decor.

Everything stated in previous experiences is true. There is no service but a system with QR codes that does not work because a staff member must first unlock your table. That may take a while. Apart from that, you miss any form of attention for the customer. But no choice so take it or leave it.

Waiting so long time. The staff doesn't pay attention to you. They are lazy and don't want to work.

I have never seen a pub turn away customers because they don’t want to have more dirty tables but that’s exactly what happened today. We were sat at a dirty table.

Multiple customers were told they needed to wait for one the tables in use to be available while clean tables were available. I saw at least 10 customers leave entirely.

The staffing levels and stress might excuse some of it but the waitresses are abrupt, rude and miserable. customers seem to be a burden to the staff.

Food must have got better at some point and they use real plates now - but the staff are miserable and the prices are crazy even for an airport.

Their ordering and payment system are entirely done on phone and the waitresses will treat you like an idiot if you don’t understand this system.

Eat at the fresh food vending machine across the hall if you want service from someone who wants to be there.

This was a terrible experience, full resturant had only one server (not her fault of course) so the drinks came very slowly, tables not cleaned. Food came out 15/20 minutes apart from each other. My Bistro burger came out with absolutely nothing on it? As well as I saw 3 other patrons that also got nothing on their burgers. Had to send it back 3 times to get all the toppings. Just pitiful. Should be closed until they can get a competent cook and enough wait staff.

Service was good! (Friday afternoon) Nicer space than the other restaurant in this area. Food was okay, and they do – true to their name – have Belgian beer (La Chouffe). It's an airport, so of course they're going to gouge you. 2 beers and a burger was $50 before tax and tip.

A couple of drinks (no food) before a late flight. Busy when we arrived but service was quick and good despite there only being one server. More servers are required as ours was working her socks off to keep everyone happy.

The only thing I liked about this restaurant was reading the Google reviews which made me laugh.
