We were here on New Year’s Eve, when the place was deserted, so an unusual situation. But our server Kevin was great, went extra mile, friendly. Food was average for an airport restaurant—fine.

Ordered a margarita. Tasted like water. They remade it. Tasted like water and lime juice. He didn’t charge us for it which was nice but how hard is it to mess up a margarita? My chicken sandwich felt like McDonalds and her salad had only tiny amounts of protein. A hundred dollars for two.

Not good - chicken avocado came with no avocado - when I complained they came back with some prefab guac- didn’t even bother to make me a new sandwich. One plus is it’s quiet and away from the airport hustle.

Unacceptable service, the lady who works there, wearing glasses doesn’t care about customer service. I was at the airport on 12/19/2025 around 1 pm. She took my order from other side of bar, I had to speak loud so she could take my order. When I asked about burger options she didn’t mention what kind of bread or bun I need and she brought me sandwich instead of burger. I don’t think she likes working there at all.

QR Code didn’t work for us when arriving, the rude server made it seem like that was our fault without even trying to help. After waiting 20 mins to actually get someone at the bar to serve us, the food order arrived but it was wrong. Didn’t have time to correct before the flight. The food was also awful, would avoid like the plague. The $17 grab and go sandwiches here are Michelin standard compared to this place. Never coming again.

Wow. One of the absolute worst airport bars in the universe. The service is awful and the food is worse. This is what happens when you have no competition. I’m sure the barns. Is a nice person but he just says, “I only work here”. Manager is no better. The number of customers complaining and the totally poor service. Maybe someone in the team will notice and try to change something. Cold food, poor service, gin and tonic served with no garnish “I haven’t cut the limes”, super sweet tonic.

I’m honestly in disbelief. I ordered a Caesar salad - it was fine but massively overpriced (as expected), but the waiter’s attitude was downright awful not just to me but to everyone in the restaurant. To add to this, the restaurant was almost empty, yet the salad still took over 25 minutes to arrive.

I made it very clear that I would only be paying for my salad, as I refuse to tip when the service is poor. Despite this, the waiter fraudulently added a 40% tip to my bill, even though I had crossed out the tip section.

I’m genuinely shocked and want to warn others. This has obviously been reported to my bank and I hope that this person learns from this lesson. Do better.

I hate this place since they moved to QR codes and got rid of the staff who used to be good. Now it's entirely miserable. QR system wants to get your Google ID or worse just to order a beer. Eat before you go through security

Well, it’s an airport restaurant. Wine was airport nice, burger was airport nice and the service was super friendly. I don’t know….reviews are probably a little harsh. It’s not worth going to a different terminal. Get a solid meal and drink and fly away.

Horrible experience. Had to wait over 20mn for a pint because the poor waiter was on his own at dinner time … I’ve never seen that in my life absolutely unacceptable given the price they charge for food and drinks.
Kudos to him for trying to provide the best service he possibly could.
