App they use for ordering is glitchy, they were out of the chocolate cake (both kids had ordered). Vodka tonic tasted like just tonic and the tonic was flat. Took forever for the food to come and it was cold when it arrived. Poor woman serving was the only person serving - the place was packed and she just couldn’t keep up. I felt so sorry for her.

Dystopian. 1 server pouring the drinks at the bar, bussing the tables, taking orders because the web-order system is full of bugs. 40 customers silently panicking that they will miss their flights. Others, not so silently complaining about the broken app, the lack of service, no water, no silverware. Everyone glancing around as the single server disappears for 5 minutes to grab food orders. Literally no staff in sight with dozens of customers in the restaurant.It’s a total lose-lose situation. So many capable customers buying 1-2 items before fleeing the bad service. The obvious kindergarten grade-level solution is hire at least one more person. It’s dinner time at an international terminal—take our money!If there is anyone who knows management of this company or the airport staff responsible for leasing this space, you should absolutely speak up! Such a bad look for EWR, NYC, Jersey, etc.

Slow will be the watchword here. A wait of more than 20 minutes for 2 unfortunate cokes, I don't find that normal when there are only around ten tables of which only 3 are waiting for their order.Especially since the staff is not pleasant and gets angry when you place a small order.In short, go on your way to the next restaurant.

I had the TBLT, and I regret it. It was tiny and came with lukewarm fries. Highly recommend not eating here as the chef clearly lost his respect for his "profession".

Only one service for the entire restaurant, and a slow one at that. I waited half an hour before I could even order. Then another 20 minutes until the food came. The burger was okay but the fries were cold. However, the cola was more ice than drink.

Bar staff absolutely disgusting attitude, rude unhelpful service at a snails pace! Deliberately ignoring you! Dirty looks when ordering too..absolute joy not! Thanks for ending the Newark USA experience with that sad sorry face...In the end we waited so long we left! Don't bother going

As a customer wearing a special needs lanyard I wasn't feeling very well. I was using a fan to try to cool down. Before ordering i went to the bar asked the male collecting glasses if I could have a glass of water as I wasn't feeling well. He said I couldn't as it could only be the female server who could give me some water. I asked the female server for some water as I wasn't feeling well and she said that she had a long list of things to do before she could even think of getting me some water. I left the restaurant. Shocking! (Server with red streak in hair)
