Bobby n Josh Fish Fry

Tasted the shrimp bites with fries at a pop up event and it was so good. I had no idea where they got their tartar sauce, until I asked and was told that it's a secret sauce created by the chef himself. The shrimps were fried but not greasy and it was a great experience all around. The chef was very professional and dedicated to the food he put out. I cannot wait for the next time to try the potato salad, flounder, and salmon cakes.
