The waiting time was horrible, bad service at all, more than 1 hour to serve the food, only one waiter for the entire restaurant. They do not provide water for the diners, I could not drink water at any time because they never served it, and for worse to worse, they included a percentage of service in the check without our authorization even though we were 4 people and despite the terrible service in the table. I would never eat at this place again. I don't recommend it at all.

I requested utensils TWICE how I'm supposed to eat now, I'm at my work. Also they charged me 36 dolars for an small container with pieces of meat. Who's taking uber orders? That person needs to pay attention and learn about efficiency. Food dry, overcooked even tho I order MEDIUM term. Overal $36 of waste.

Myself & my 2 friends enjoyed ourselves... It was our 1st. time here at Boi Na Brasa... I've been coming down Ferry St. area since I was 4-5 years old. As a lot of my favorite restaurants down there have closed down especially after Covid 19... Man did it ever bring back memories when my mother used to shop down there for me & my sister in the late 60s early 70s... Who remember Caruso's? Anyway, it was a great afternoon. Special shout-out to Patrick... He took good care of me & my friends. The food was delicious, very flavorful, awesome drinks, good atmosphere. Again it bought back so many great memories... I will be back for sure... Thanks to Patrick & his staff. ?
