Excellent way to celebrate our Grandson's graduation!
Service is sub-par. Food is good, can't deny that. We have visited many times throughout the years, but unfortunately, they have changed the way they treat customers, to the point we will likely not return again after my son-in-law had his plate removed from the table like he was some kind of crook.
Is the first day that my family and I went to these local, the service was very good, the food was great, rodize very good quality, service pay a lot attention for bring meat any time, dessert was homemade. In general, perfect local
Just ordered a beef parmigiana and I never tested something so terrible like that! the sauce was sweet and the meat was worst! I asked the delivery guy how much was it and he told me just to sign it! I will never order anything from this place again!
Horrible!!!!!!!!!!! Waited over an hour for delivery to find dry dry dry meat!!!
Funny thing is they actually ask what temp you want your meal… requested med rare and received beyond well done.
I kept the picanha in case i need break pads on my car.
Never again!
$200 later.....that's all I have to say. What a poor service & even poorer meal. This one was definitely one for the books. I understand it's Tuesday & perhaps not as busy as a weekend day, but lordy did we not even put an effort in a caring service. The place was empty when we came in so probably the first red flag. As we proceeded to order from the waitress we had a bit of language barrier so we thought we were okay at least manageable but shortly we found out not exactly. Couple of sides & drinks were brought out & shortly so did the Rodizio. The meat was so hard & just seemed like they were reheating everything they had ....yet we believed the waitress asked us how we wanted the meat cooked. We clearly said medium. I kid you not the worst experience ever. Dried dead meat no hospitality from the waitress no ketchup for FF , no salt, no dressing for salad nothing. Just plain old drop & go. It was HORRIBLE. My husband & I are not one to really bring places down but this was ridiculous because not only did I ask for a box to go for the kids chicken/FF, but there wasnt any gesture of like apologies or like omg can I remove that for you. It was very odd & nothing took my family packed it up & left. The best part was that the check included gratuity!!!! I was laughing like incredible I had to literally tip $30 for a meal we didn't even like or service that was non existent!!! Unbelievable. I hope you never try this place & I will never be coming back that's for sure. Utterly embarrassing the service there.
The picanha was really good! Plenty of sides. The house flan is highly recommended!
Good food, great service
Delectable meat, fantastic and friendly service. We'll be coming back!
I typically don’t take the time to write negative reviews about food orders, as I usually consider a bad experience to be a one-off and move on. However, my experience with Boi Na Brasa on Saturday, December 21, was unacceptable and warrants sharing.
I placed an order and, upon delivery, noticed that two of the side dishes were missing. Additionally, the meat was poorly cooked, raising potential health concerns. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, and the person who answered the phone explained that they were extremely busy due to the holiday season. They offered to “make it up to me” the next time I ordered from them. I found this resolution inadequate and requested a full refund instead.
From that point on, the situation became even worse. I was placed on hold for an hour, hung up on multiple times, and shuffled between representatives. Finally, one person apologized profusely and assured me my card would be credited. However, I then discovered that Boi Na Brasa had charged my card twice for the same transaction. When I called back to address this, the representative apologized again and promised the charges would be refunded within 24 hours.
Now, more than 48 hours later, my card has still not been credited. Today, I made a fourth attempt to contact the restaurant and was again placed on hold, transferred between representatives, and even spoke to individuals who pretended not to speak English. I was unable to get the matter resolved.
I’m writing this review for two reasons:
1. The food quality was poor—undercooked, poorly prepared, and potentially unsafe.
2. The restaurant charged my card multiple times, which feels fraudulent, and they have been unwilling or unable to resolve the issue.
At this point, I’ve been unsuccessful in reaching a manager or obtaining a refund. I strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Boi Na Brasa to think twice about their decision. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional.

The best place!
Spent over $50 dollars to have rice beans and meat delivered to my house. Basic Brazilian food. And they don’t send me the beans. An order that took an hour and a half to receive.
Terrible service! Called through the phone, and the person who tried to take my order didn't understand what I said. Then I was reprimanded by the delivery guy in portuguese!!!! Followed by saying that they didn't want to take my order. It was a HUGEEEE MESSS!!!!! I can assure you that they are not ready to take customers from other countries beside Brazilians and SPECIALLY NOT READY FOR AMERICANS!!!
I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This place is intimate and out of the way. It's small but it is excellent. Service and food are remarkable. Bathrooms clean. They even have a little bridge with coi fish inside. Go check it out.
Great food and great service. Thank you and keep up the good work. ?
