Your lady attendant at this location needs Customer Service Training ! She’s is terrible arrogant and low self esteem .. if I was manager I would fire her on spot …. Lousy attitude and personality …. You should make changes or you will loose clientele

Sat down and had to navigate QR stuff, only at end to have it say "see server". Why don't you just get rid of them? Then said had 14 oz beer for only $9 or so on QR menu - nope, only one size, 16 oz, and its like $13. Service was super slow, never did get water I asked for twice.

Had some time to kill after a hectic two days of traveling with all the weather and software issues occurring at airports. We sat down and the atmosphere was calm but 80% of seats/bar filled. There was one server who came to greet us and had our drink order out to us in 5mins tops. Shoutout to her because she was the only server on shift. We the ordered the veggie baguette and the honey chicken sandwich which then came out in under 10 mins. Presentation was clean and smelled great. Chips were awesome, fries couldve been a bit more fresh but they were hot, thin, and crispy so can’t complain too much, veggie baguette could’ve been toasted more but everything in it was great tasting, IPA beer was great. Overall 4.5/5 experience—would definitely go again.

Kim Stevenson was so busy working this spot by herself 6/24. She stayed calm, positive and was a delight to pass our time while waiting for luggage. She was awesome!!

Was there last weekend, I had a lay over so I stopped in . The music in 10/10 . Bartender Ariel made me a Negroni that was top 10. The place is decent , and the only bar before you go through TSA. The service was delightful and she was the queen of conversation!
I got to the airport earlier than I needed to, so, I stopped at the Budweiser Brew House for a pre-flight drink. I had the pleasure of Arieal being my bartender. Arieal is friendly, funny and the conversation was great.

Comfortable place to sit. Two TV’s. Loud but not uncomfortable. Lemonade was from a bottle. App to order was not working. Pretzel was super hot and super salty. Salad looked good.

Stopped after a delayed flight ! There is no place to drink before going through TSA. I found this place . The bartender Ariel suggested the brew house burger . It was huge I couldn’t finish it . She made me some special drink .im not sure what it was but it was good. She ran the place , and had some good going . She turned espn in and it was just a great time. Great service Ariel was fantastic .

Stopped in to get a drink , the bartender Arieal was amazing. She made a perfect Manhattan which was perfect ! She is very friendly and funny . I also ordered the pretzel which comes with beer sauce. It’s the only bar outside of TSA.
