The worst I ordered 2 chicken nuggets orders ask for a 4th sauce, was admonished for asking and then preceeded to charge me a Xtra 27 cents for sauce, they were rude and acted like they owned the place I'm sorry I didn't get names.. they were disgraceful
I always go here and today I got to the drive through and when they answered I said give me a minute. A few seconds later the lady is like HELLOOOOO so I repeated give me a min. She starts yelling on why I didn't use my words or speak up then she started yelling inside the BK. Mind you this is the worker. She starts yelling saying oh she saying she said one min and didn't say nothing and just continuing yelling while there was customers in here. So I go to the front and asked her what was the problem but she didn't want to speak so another lady approached the situation and said oh that's how she speaks. Very unprofessional and she was old just should be embarrassed of herself the way she was screaming smh if you go here a lot is the big lady with a very squeaky voice so just imagine her yelling. I left because I was afraid they would spit on my food for no reason.

straight up nasty save your money
The person in charge at the time which was 10:37am on Wednesday I’m assuming is the manager knocked on the bathroom door rushing me. I’m a disabled senior and I have health issues. I asked why I was rushed and she said other people have to use the bathroom. Why should I spend my money here if i am to not be able to go to the bathroom and wash my hands? Bathroom hash browns were too crisp and had an odd taste. The cashier was nice. I’ll pass this on to corporate headquarters. I have thousands of people review my food experiences.

On august 26 around 2:55pm I went to burger king’s drive through located at: 255 Heller Pkwy, Newark, NJ 07107. I ordered an 8 pc chicken nuggets and one orange juice. They asked me to go to the next window. An older lady on uniform open the window and I handed her a $10.00 bill. She turned and did not give me a receipt or my order but I waited patiently with my family on the car by the window. After a few minutes another worker now younger asked me to pay again and I informed her that I had already pay to the other lady. Yet they refuses to give me my order or money. Then they all started getting upset at me and saying I did not pay. I requested a manager. He came and said someone on a higher position will come and check the camera and that I had to move from the window because they had other people waiting. I refused to move until they either give me my money back or my order. Then they proceded to let me wait there for another 10 minutes. After that the younger lady gave me a juice and after the older one game me the order and change. NO RECEIPT. With a very nasty attitude. I’m still in shock by this whole situation and pretty shaken. Is this how burger king treats their customers?

Sam is a horrible person and she decided to charge me for 2 sauces on a 30 dollar order because I didn’t want ketchup ?♂️MIND YOU RIGHT BEFORE THIS I SEEN HER PICK UP A PIE OFF THE FLOOR AND PUT IT IN A CUSTOMERS BAG ? honestly very disappointed
Update I returned the next night and Curtis was the best made sure everything was good with my order, great customer service good job Curtis?

This Burger King has poor Service .They hire mangers that are nasty and rude to there customers. The Mangers on tonight should not be dealing with the public she has no people skills and operates the Burger King as if owns it and She Is Mad At The World. I HAVE GONE HERE FOR YEARS BUT DUE TO THERE POOR SELTION OF STAFF I WILL BE GOING TO THIS ONE,I WILL START GOING TO THE BELLVILLE/NUTLEY BRANCH.IF THE WAY SHE TREATS THE CUSTOMERS IS A REFLTION OF HOW SHE HANDLES YOUR FOOD I WOULD BE VERY UNEASY KNOWING SOMEONE LIKE THIS IS BEHIND THE SCENE COOKING AND HANDLEING PEOPLES FOOD. I HOPE IN THE FUTURE YOU SCREEN YOUR EMPLOYEES MUCH BETTER BEFORE YOU SELECT THEM TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO REPORT YOUR STORE AND I WILL ALSO LET THEM KNOW HOW YOUR MANGER WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE NUMBER AND LIED AND TOLD ME IT WAS ON MY RECEIPT ...DATE OF INCIDENT 8/7/2024 10:04 PM
