As soon as I walked in I went to walk to the restroom and the employee came and told me it was out of service and I said that I will be purchasing something. It’s for my Daughter that is 4 years old. Mind you I’m an adult I can hold it no problem but a toddler. They kept saying the bathroom is out of order. Which is fine when it’s true. Two employees went to the bathroom while I was in the lobby eating. It’s not right! Can’t hold everyone else responsible for bathrooms not being kept cleaning. Do better. Be better. Not everyone should be held accountable for others.

Excellent service i think it’s a new guy, he’s very respectful and kind the best service that i ever had in a burger king. Food was delicious warm and fresh. The new staff is doing a great work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I decided to stop by Burger King for a quick bite, and while the food itself was pretty solid, the overall experience with customer service and atmosphere could have been better. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy at the time, but the energy behind the counter felt tense. There was a woman in a black shirt, who appeared to be the manager, calling out orders and handing out food. The way she handled things came across as very direct and somewhat impatient, almost like she was annoyed. She required customers to present their receipts before receiving their food, which is understandable for accuracy, but the way it was communicated sometimes came off harsh. At one point, I even noticed her getting into little back-and-forth arguments with a couple of guests waiting for their meals.
When it came time for me to get my order, I had my receipt ready, and she was very straightforward in how she approached me. I will give her credit because she handed me my food with precision and care, making sure everything was correct. That part I appreciated, as it showed attention to detail despite the less welcoming approach overall.
As for the food, it was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect from Burger King, so no complaints there. I can’t say the same for the atmosphere, though—it just didn’t feel inviting or comfortable, and customer interactions seemed more stressful than they needed to be. I’d come back for the food if I was craving it again, but I’d definitely hope for a friendlier vibe and better customer service next time.

The Hispanic lady who work's the counter is polite but the food here is terrible I do know what I was eating, I brought 50 dollars worth of food and it all went into the trash the food has a very bad taste I really can't explain but it bad enough for you not to be able to enjoy your food.

This location is always dirty , SLOW and the employees are another story . I’m not even sure how this location is still operating . Doesn’t matter when you go you will see nasty tables dirty floors and you’ll wait 15 min minimum. Just starve lol

Every time I come here to eat they claim the bathrooms are out of order
Great burgers and fresh fish sandwich. No parking. We had to double park. The order was fast, fresh and hot.
