This restaurant is inside the airport so I believe one should have a boarding ticket to go and buy in here.

The best vegie burger I had so far. Totally recommend it.

Cheese Burgers were dry and cold. Onion rings were over cooked . Service was abysmal. Don't eat here. They do not deserve the business. There are lots of places to eat at the airport.

Waited 28 min for a burger. 5 other customers suffered the same long wait until we asked with them again and again.

Too dangerous if you are trying to catch a flight! I do see many bags of food left on their counter, after numbers are called and nobody claims the food.

I generally do not have issues with food unless it’s really bad, even then I have rarely used harsh words.. this is one of those times.. While the wait for the food was not long, when I got the bag, all the items were cold, burgers were just smashed together in the box and fries were cold too (missing spices that I paid for).

Not expecting complete attention at an airport but serving subpar food is unacceptable..

Where’s the meat!!?? HUGE disappointment, especially for the price you pay. The tomato seemed bigger than the meat!! Would highly suggest skipping BurgerFI and go for shake shack which we found later heading towards our gate or even sit at the restaurant called “The Office” close by. We ended up eating again at Five Guys Burgers during our layover in Atlanta.

Garbage, $16 for a really bad burger. They charged me to do it lettus wrapped. Service was worst than the burger, bunch if kids already tired of life.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! The food is overpriced but sadly, very underwhelming. I spent $30 for a burger that was dry and had NO sauce and fries that were average and didn’t have any seasoning or salt whatsoever.

Just pay more for a burger at any other spot in the airport. One of the worst burgers I’ve ever paid for

Easily one of the worst burgers I’ve had. You kind of have to try to make food this bad. The negative reviews are accurate.

My burger was served burnt and cold. The patties were dry and shriveled up and cold.

As other customers have noted the girl with dark hair and glasses is the bright spot in an otherwise regretful experience.

Veg burger can be made vegan, omit the cheese, French fries too.

Don't recommend, long wait for a burger with no condiments, dry and completely underwhelming. Save yourself $20 and go anywhere else.
