Around noon is usually a lunch time rush hour for most food businesses - my boyfriend and i walked in here to no customers besides a group of 3 young lady's who were clearly getting impatient waiting for their food as the one girl states she was now late for work - We ordered a total of 4 items: 2 pizza empanadas and pernil monfonguito & strawberry smoothie - 30 minutes of a wait, the girl assisting us was on the phone chit chatting usung her airpod the entire encounter from ordering to receiving our phone. she waited until our food was finished (30 minutes) to THEN make our smoothie. We finally get our food and smoothie and my boyfriend goes to take a bite of the empanada (3.50 each for BITE SIZE empanada) and it's not even pizza, it's beef. he then goes into the place where the same girl tells him they don't have pizza . Waste of money and time. horrible

This is not a good place to have a quiet food.i came around 12:00 pm, and I was the only one at the restaurant and i kindly asked to the lady turn down the volume of the music a little bit and she said she is not allowed to turn it off. And I clarified I am not asking to turn off the music, that I only asking to turn down the volumen just a little bit. ( a clear example how high the volumen is that she didn't hear me), she seems to turn the volumen down, but some minutes later, the volumen was higuer. My impresión is that that don't like to have people inside the restaurant. Por customer service. It is a patty because this restaurant has a good potential. But they don't care about customer service.

Yaroa leg, a disaster, the old meat and the fatally ripe bananas have to be handled better like this

We asked for flour empanadas and they told us that when they gave us the order it turned out to be wheat pastries, these pastries were filled with air, nothing to do with what they told me. In proportion 95% mass and 5% filling. In addition, the tables and trays where they place the food
They were not cleaned, time: 11:00 a.m., just opening the business. With this experience, I do not recommend it.

The daytime crew is horrible in customer attention, taking instruction to serve your order. They only their phones at the register, not paying attention to the order.

I really didn't like it, at least the one in NJ, they should improve the cachapa dough, it's literally flour, bread with a little bit of corn, they also add lettuce, that should be optional.

The patacón is very dry, good sauces but they charge $3 for a can of soda, a price that is a bit high for what it costs.

God save the victim who orders food in this place and thinks it is edible, I just hope that the person responsible for this dedicates themselves to something else.

The worst experience I have ever had in food, I didn't know what flavors it had, well it didn't have flavors... in short, the best thing about my meal was the Coca-Cola ?...

Awful experience. Didn’t have items on the menu that were already paid for on the app. Order came soggy and containers dripping, paid so much to not get decent food. I’ve tried other locations on this chain, but Newark location is awful, won’t ever order from this place!
