I ordered the sirloin steak" pichanha". It was as hard as a brick. The greens that came with. I were also very hard. I took a few bites and left the entire plate! deeply disappointed! this is not the place. I remembered!! I can't imagine releasing something from the kitchen without the chefs testing the quality of the meat. Ive eaten at many Brazilian steakhouses I never had this experience ! The steak has always been moist and tender I will not be coming back....
