I was traveling alone with my 6 year old internationally and stopped by here to grab a bite. We ordered butter noodles from the kids menu and bao buns.The bao came first and was super cold and also felt very stale. I have had bao plenty of times and it’s always nicely warmed up like a pita. The protein inside also did not taste fresh. My daughter waited for 20 mins as the noodles took forever to come and was the worst taste ever. Very disappointed with that quality of food for a beer garden. Felt like frozen food was microwaved and the cost was so high. Stay away!

All these reviews are correct and obviously they don’t care. Place is empty. The warm beer is the reason for the 1 star. Wouldn’t even chance eating here.

unfortunately i have to echo another reviewer on the service. i waited 30 minutes then checked in on my food order, only to find that the person just hadn't done it. then it came and half the ingredients were out of stock :(

I’m a traveler was just trying to charge my phone at table before they opened and one of employees said I can’t charge my phone. So dumb but they didn’t tell this other person that’s on computer there.

Service was fast and friendly. Sushi roll was very good, as were the drinks! If we are ever back in this airport, we'll be sure to stop here.

Terrible service. QR code ordering is not user friendly. I don’t tip an app on a $20 cocktail. I want a real bartender: “Good afternoon. How are you doing? What can I get you?” The app should tell you it will take 20 minutes for one drink. I’m not exaggerating. When I approached someone, she gave me attitude and would not tell me when I could expect to receive my one drink. Worst experience. Stay far, far away.

We used the delivery to your seat service sitting next to the beer garden. After half an hour still nothing, when we informed about our order, 1 item was standing there , the other one he was not sure the chef would still arrive. He knew where we were sitting but did not bother to inform us. We could ask fota refund through a cumbersomt process. Worst service ever

Was sitting sipping my drink when this very very extremely rude worker will not even call her a waitress grabbed my drink and then when I told her I wasn’t done. She proceeded to tell me I was only sipping water. There is just to much to this awful experience to even write.I’ve been all over the world and this has to be the worse experience I’ve ever had in my 56 years on this earth. She literally had the nerve to verbal admit she was being rude to her manager. I can’t explain how utterly ugly she was and this entire experience. Don’t spend your money go to another establishment in this huge airport, from staff to management this place is not worth the money.

Was sitting sipping my drink when this very very extremely rude worker will not even call her a waitress grabbed my drink and then when I told her I wasn’t done. She proceeded to tell me I was only sipping water. There is just to much to this awful experience to even write.I’ve been all over the world and this has to be the worse experience I’ve ever had in my 56 years on this earth. Stay away. An interesting beer selection, but service is the worse. 4 people standing around on their phones. Order goes through. Takes 10 minutes to get my warm beer in a warm glass. I ask for a frosted mug, get a look, get the glass, and they go back to their phones. Why I do not til before service. I should know

Waited 55 minutes for a hamburger! The waitress Ashley or Maria (not sure she disclosed her real name) "punished" my friend and I for asking when we should expect the burgers, did not go to get the food purposefully for 50 plus minutes! We posted a refund request on the app and did not get a reply from the restaurant when the cost of 2 burgers was 57$!Stay away from this place, you will get disrespectful behavior and miss your flight while being overcharged for food that will not arrive on time.

I experienced racial discrimination from a female employee wearing a hairband here around 8 a.m. I recorded it on video, and I'm going to send it to airport. This employee didn't even take my order initially, and when I ordered a juice to go, she brought out a glass instead. I repeated my request(to go), but she said she would do it her way and poured the juice to the brim without saying anything, then placed it down abruptly and left. I mentioned that there were only 15 minutes left until my flight, but she ignored me. When I asked for a different cup, she threw a plastic cup in front of us and walked away. We spilled the full juice because we couldn't pour it properly. When I talked to another employee about the situation, that female employee turned around and started talking and laughing loudly with the other employee about us. This is clearly racial discrimination. It's unacceptable to see employees acting like this in a restaurant at an airport where there are many foreigners. I will also report this to the airport authorities. It was a terrible experience.

I hate FLO...ruining bar and restaurants throughout US airports...u hear me Houston. Took 10 minutes to get a beer and more than 30 to get a sandwich. Abandon FLO...too darn slow and a pain to pay. Staff is trying though.
