Wow, this place is definitely worthy to go! Found this one just randomly today, because I had 1 hour to kill until my train. This café has exceptional welcoming and relaxing vibe. Coffee itself is rich, dark and flavorful.

I can't leave this review without saying Brava to Beverley for her excellent service.

Haven't tried other menu yet, but I will revisit for sure!

I had a good experience here. Ambience is nice, bright and clean. I had the tumeric ginger latte which was so amazing and I had the chocolate cake which was great as well. No complaints at all.

I came here for some reading and journaling and it was great! I had the hibiscus tea and I still think about it to this day!

Everyone was so helpful and kind. Best experience I’ve had in a long time.

Small coffee spot on Clay, between McCarter Hwy and Spring Street. Less than a year old, formerly only online, this is their first building. Parking is a little tough in that area, but worth the trip

This coffee shop might be small, but it has such a big heart. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The barista greeted me with a smile and recommended their seasonal latte, which turned out to be amazing. The shop has a cozy layout with just enough seating for a comfortable crowd. It feels intimate and personal, not like a big chain. The coffee itself was rich and flavorful, and clearly made with care. The pastry I tried was soft, fresh, and the perfect size to enjoy with my drink. The vibe is relaxed and friendly, and it feels like everyone there is a regular. Prices are affordable and totally worth it. This is the kind of place you instantly fall in love with.

I had such a peaceful and productive time working at Caribbrew in Newark, NJ. The atmosphere was calm and inviting—perfect for focusing and getting things done. I started my day with their House Mocha, which gave me the perfect boost to dive into my work. For lunch, I ordered the Cajun Egg Turkey Sausage sandwich, and wow… it was amazing! So flavorful and satisfying.

The hospitality and service were top-notch, and I even ran into the pleasant surprise of finding out that many people I know also frequent this spot. It’s clear this place has a strong community feel. Overall, an incredible experience—highly recommend!

The hot choloate is sooooo good. The place is so calm and relaxing and reminds me of Haiti. I got my work done and was able to drink my drink and eat a nice toasted sandwich at the same time.

I really like coming to cafe to a have a work space. The coffee is good but the food can be a hit or miss. I got a sandwich and the outside was hot but the inside was cold. If you’re going to study or work, and like quiet this may not be the place because the music is pretty loud. Even though they have a nice selection of music it can be hard to focus like most cafe. But the ambiance is beautiful

Service was nice. First time visiting so they showed me some of their top sellers. Had a delicious spiced latte and the patties were hot and tasty. It’s a bit out of the way for me but I think I will make a trip back.

I live on Broad Street in Newark, have taken the train to buy coffee in NYC, and am always looking for really good coffee that is flavorful and strong. Took a chance and walked over to Clay Street which was a short walk, and there was the store. I walked in , and immediately appreciated the decor along with the cleanliness. Just made my coffee this morning, and am so very pleased with the two cups that I had. Bravo, c'etait magnifique.
