While I love carvel this particular one leaves a lot to be desired. I come in for one thing, a vanilla cone with a hard chocolate covering. Everything it needs to be stirred I get it... today I came asked for my order and got told I need to wait a minute or two... and then the guy takes the next customer which is a group of 2.
With their rate of icecream set up I would be waiting 5 more minutes for my icecream minimum.. I walked out. Incredibly disappointing service for the price you pay.
At this point might as well just get a McDonald icecream. Its cheaper and more reliable which is hillarious.

I wouldnât recommend this location to ANYONE. They wonât have what you want, lie about it to keep you in the store for âbusinessâ, the manager isnât a true people person (heâs rude) , if you try to use a gift card it wonât work⊠The list goes on ?. Youâre better off going to a further location than this one. The only decent person there was the girl at the cash register, who was apologetic throughout the experience.

Ordered on Uber eats asked for and paid extra for cherries to be added as you can see no cherries were added, cup arrived broken and The ice cream was not mixed correctly; all the Oreos weâre all just sitting on top when itâs supposed to be mixed in completely. Obviously someone did not want to do their job. I would definitely say just go in person and do not order from Uber eats or any of those type of services.

The owner of this establishment is very unprofessional and rude. I wanted to place an order for the smallest cake and he couldnât be bothered. He complained and sighed that he had TOO many orders and made sure to emphasize that he does not do deliveries when I said many times that I was going to pick it up and never mentioned anything about wanting a delivery. He did not want to do my small order because it would not make him the amount of money he wanted. if i could give this place 0 stars i would
They do not follow the Carvel Campany offers. Today is Wednesday I bought large Sundaes and they only offered me small size free ,I did not buy and left the store ,They do not care company policy Stay awayâŠ

Their new flavor is really good sea salt cold brew. It's the closest I've come to experiencing the cookie butter flavor I miss so much.
