The food was exceptional, our server was incredible without being intrusive. The place had wonderful atmosphere, making it a perfect evening.
My 3rd visit...we went early Tuesday evening...4pm rezzy, so can't weigh in on the ambiance because it was very quiet... but everything we ordered ( 10 different plates ) was excellent... very authentic feel and the happy hour pricing was a pleasant surprise... definitely looking forward to going back
We went for tapas and the experience was fab. The restaurant is small, authentic, with delish food in small town ambience. It was great to have valet parking. Only downside was that aunt who makes dessert was not able to do so so no dessert for us. Noise was a wee bit loud but there was a game on and some of patrons were cheering their team on. All good fun.
The patio seating had a great vibe with upbeat house music by live DJ on a Saturday night. The food was great and good portions for tapas. The ceviche was excellent 👌. Will be back to check out flamenco night
Great food and service. The only issue we had was parking, which is to be expected in a crowded city. We opted to not use valet, which was available.
Food was authentic and great. Service was perfect. Price was better than most restaurants near NJPAC. Would recommend.
Our 2nd time eating here! Even better than our first time. We enjoyed the Carne Asada tacos, the crabcakes, and the scallops. It was 10/10!!
While in Newark, do not miss this gem of a restaurant. We made a reservation for noon but arrived early. We were greeted warmly by Henrique who seated us and took excellent care of us during our meal. We started with two Super Bock beers and ordered a tapas serving of Polvo . To say it was the best octopus my husband and I have ever tasted would not be an overstatement. It melted in our mouths! We went on to split an order of paella that was as phenomenal as the octopus! The serving was filled with an assortment of shrimp, baby squid, lobster, clams, mussels, chorizo, and chicken. The rice was also full of rich flavor. The amount of food for two easily could serve 4. The vibe is that of the European restaurants we frequent in Porto. This is a rare treat in the US. Don’t hesitate to give it a try.
Wonderful food and exceptional service - from the valet who took my car through every person we interacted with in the restaurant. Definitely worth the trip!!!

Food was very tasty and delish but the server was hard to fine to get some water. It also was almost a bit too dark.
Food was very good. Liked the outside seating. Portions cold be a bit larger. I know it was Tapas, but just a bit larger quantity.
Excellent place staff is great food is excellent. If you want the best Tapas around come to Paco's. Try the Chiparones !!
Case de paco is everything it should be.... aesthetically pleasing, superior service and good food. Would give it 5 stars, but reserve that ranking for the truly exceptional cuisine
I saw good reviews, but had to try the food myself. They serve among the best Spanish food I've ever eaten. Service was good and prompt. Parking was easier than for other restaurants in the Ironbound. I'll be back.
