Terrible experience, ordered a dish for delivery; They put the salad in the same container as the food along with the rice, meat and fries, the food got cold and the salad was horrible.The salty tropeiro beans, the salty and unseasoned cassava soup.It was the second time I was disappointed with this place

As customers, we really value good service, ya know? My experience at the Cê Qui Sabe restaurant in Newark, NJ was a total letdown. The staff there just didn't seem to care about giving us proper and friendly service on the phone. The waitress was all disinterested and didn't even bother talking to right or answering my questions about what was on the menu for the day. I mean, c'mon, it's a business, and as customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and friendliness, ya feel me?

I have been hesitating to leave a review for over a year because I really like their food here, but today was the last straw! The only problem at this establishment is BARBARA, the lady that makes the food platters to go. She is ALWAYS extremely rude but I always let it slide because as I said I’m a big fan of the food from the restaurant. Today they were very busy and I understand that. I had to wait a while for her to come make the to go platter for me and then when she finally came I was talking to an old friend and she called me over with a very unpleasant attitude and raising her voice, which honestly made me very uncomfortable and I was embarrassed in front of a packed restaurant! As a client that picks food up from this place every week I should be treated with more respect and I hope the owners do something about it or my family and I will never go back !
