My online order was late so I got in line (it was empty). They refused me service because one employee said "we can't do that." I had to return to work empty-handed and had to dedicate another half hour to getting a refund online. Absolutely absurd.

So I usually visit this Chipotle sporadically and will make a purchase based on what the food looks like at night. This location is not very clean. After 8 p.m., the staff does not clean the tables and floors of debris. The windows are so smudged that the glass looks cloudy. While the food is decent, portions are notoriously inconsistent and sometimes visually unappealing

As im in the process of paying for $38 worth of food this big I want to say mouse but it had an extremely long tail runs across the floor as im about to tap my phone. I’m so hungry and disappointed the food looked so good!!! I literally screamed I am so shocked and disappointed!!! Check the cameras Chipotle!!

I decided to go there for dinner after a long day of work and the employees were absolutely rude also they do more talking than working.They did not have the food I wanted and when I told the young lady nicely I no longer want the food she told me BYE in a very rude manner(it was like she was saying get out of here)I did not appreciate that especially when my husband and I was being nice to her

We came in at 9:30 pm with a group of 12. The staff was so kind and efficient. We were done ordering and eating by 9:52 pm. The store is clean and the food is delicious.

This place does not function like the others, so they should just close it. This is already a reoccurring problem after my two orders from this establishment. The portions are small, unlike the other establishments, and the food is packaged horribly, resulting in a mess. These reviews are accurate; do not order from here unless you want to be robbed.

We all should be mindful that no offense we are in the United States of America to be getting my rice bowl served to me and I don't speak the Spanish language and everybody around me is speaking the language while I'm being served even my server is making my food the next person is ringing me up so I can pay and they're literally having the whole conversation with the next customer that speaks the same language as them it made me feel very uncomfortable because nobody was paying attention to me you're making my food you're making me pay and you're not acknowledging me yeah you're having a full-blown conversation and Espanol it was just really rude and I didn't appreciate it at all poor customer service skills straight up
