Just ordered 1 dozen of medium female blue crabs, waste of time and money! They over steam d my crabs and each one literally was filled with water. I only rate this a one star because the garlic butter sauce is phenomenal.

Long time customer for years and I never had a bad experience. The quality here has never gone down. The best steamed snow crab 🦀 in New Jersey. You can taste the freshness in every bite. They cook it on site or you can take it frozen. The location is a bit weird (looks like a loading dock) but don’t let that discourage you. You will thank me later. One bite and you will be hooked on that steamed and seasoning 😋🦀.

If i could rate zero i would do that,i grew up off miller street crabs and they have always been the best,bith location are trully horrible now,im so disappointed my crabs are so so small,im sure its a law that they not supposed to even be this small,i just wasted my money and threw the where they belong in the trash
I got half dozen jumbo it was 55$. Now I'm a crab eater and I could eat a lot of crab. But I ate 3 and I was felling full already. A little too much seasoning. But the wait time was about 10 min for them to steam. Overall they were good.

So good and meatier compared to the female crabs I got last time. I love it!

I've been going to Crab Palace on Miller Street in newark for 40 years now going back to the 80's. The crabs are straight from Maryland and steamed fresh upon ordering. Whether the lines are short or long, the wait is well worth it. They also offer other types of shell fish. Fresh crawfish come in when they are in season. The owner who is there on most days has a personality and a heart of gold. His personality alone will keep you coming back for more!

Crab Palace didn't fail me today. I like live crabs so that I can grill them. I come and they don't have live. I come back and the same thing. I understand that they need to cook them before they die. Today I got what I wanted. Like most ppl, I'm never dealt satisfied, I wish that they had jumbo luve and not just large. I might suggest that during the season, they should have some sort of social media letting ppl know what they are selling everyday.
