Friendly customer service. I live in the neighborhood they are always pretty busy throughout the day and manage to keep customer service great. I have tried every chicken spot in Newark and crown definitely has the best chicken here.

They lie and say they are cash only because their "credit card machine is down" because they are trying to force people to use the ATM that is inside. But once you try to cancel the order, their credit card machine magically starts working again and you become "the first person that it worked for today!"
