I stopped here for a burger. It took a while. They got the order totally wrong. I mean it wasn’t close. That said it was edible.
Cold fries, the most pathetic hot dog ever. Tiny poor quality sausage in a cold bread roll. Ridiculous over-priced garbage. Cheap nasty chicken nuggets. Everything that is wrong with airport food was here in this rip-off kiosk.
Don’t order sunny side up eggs! They were raw. I ate a little bit, because I was so hungry and it was expensive, and it was mixed with the bacon and pita. I hope I don’t get sick. The yolk was so raw and liquidy- so gross (and I like runny yolk, but not raw egg whites).
Ordering food on the screen was fine. Although the screen asked for a name, the order was placed on the collection desk without a word 🤔 My son asked about our drinks and whether we should get them out of the cooler, upon which one assistant cooking looked at him in disgust and nodded! 🙄 The burgers were slightly greasy but ok. Looking at other reviews, the company always apologise but nothing seems to change! Come on CEO! Time to personally pull your finger out and sort your staff and business out! 🤦♀️
This place is a scam. Charged me $50.44 for burger and waited an hour and couldnt get it. In the end our flight was boarding and we had to ask them to cancel our order. They had acknowledge the fact and told us that they would refund us. However, now our credit card statement is showing the charge but no refund. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE and scammed my money. I am trying to find their contact so I can reach them; but all numbers online is for newark airport. Anyone with their infor please share.
Extremely slow service. I got two hamburgers and a hot dog. After 10 minutes they served the hot dog. After another 20 minutes the first hamburger and after another 20 minutes the other hamburger. Completely disorganized. Not recommended. Forget it and go elsewhere.

You’re probably here because you wanted to make sure you weren’t crazy. You aren’t. I asked for a service related discount and they told me that wasn’t possible. Not a big deal. I order a meal to Include a shake and only after I ordered did they tell me that that wasn’t possible. They began to berate me so I walked off. I 1,000% respect all those in the service industry. With that said, I am not an employee’s punching bag. They confused me saying “discount” for “shake”.

Incredibly rude employee front of house. During the 20 minute wait for my burger she snapped at every customer who asked her a question. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Avoid eating here. Unless your plane is two hours late. We waited 25 minutes after ordering our two burgers of extremely dubious quality. The meat was muddy and the buns ice-cooled. Luckily we received the fries a quarter of an hour before the burgers, so we could pass the waiting time a bit.... Every fast food chain does that better!
Honestly, the best burger restaurant of my life in America is here!!! Other branches, including JFK Airport, have poor taste, but Newark Airport is very tasty!!! The burger is the right size, with a well-cooked patty and fries that are perfect! I don't know if I can maintain this quality every time, but I'm going to try the Newark Airport branch one more time.

Read the negative reviews but also had a good experience today, so maybe it varies by cook? Got the custom burger with sweet potato fries and the patty was decent and I was surprised the sweet potato fries had a great texture and seasoning. Very solid airport food at the standard high airport price. The staff were also friendly.
I saw some of the negative reviews were for the wait. There was only 1-2 people ahead of me and I did have to wait for 15 min or so, so probably not the best if in a rush.

Sold us a milkshake while it’s not available. Asking for a refund, that wouldn’t be possible. Only the manager can give cash refunds, manager was in a meeting. Had to wait 30 minutes and walk half a mile (to see a manager) just to see the money back. They don’t take any responsibility for the situation.
