Extremely slow service. I got two hamburgers and a hot dog. After 10 minutes they served the hot dog. After another 20 minutes the first hamburger and after another 20 minutes the other hamburger. Completely disorganized. Not recommended. Forget it and go elsewhere.

You’re probably here because you wanted to make sure you weren’t crazy. You aren’t. I asked for a service related discount and they told me that wasn’t possible. Not a big deal. I order a meal to Include a shake and only after I ordered did they tell me that that wasn’t possible. They began to berate me so I walked off. I 1,000% respect all those in the service industry. With that said, I am not an employee’s punching bag. They confused me saying “discount” for “shake”.

Incredibly rude employee front of house. During the 20 minute wait for my burger she snapped at every customer who asked her a question. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Honestly, the best burger restaurant of my life in America is here!!! Other branches, including JFK Airport, have poor taste, but Newark Airport is very tasty!!! The burger is the right size, with a well-cooked patty and fries that are perfect! I don't know if I can maintain this quality every time, but I'm going to try the Newark Airport branch one more time.

Read the negative reviews but also had a good experience today, so maybe it varies by cook? Got the custom burger with sweet potato fries and the patty was decent and I was surprised the sweet potato fries had a great texture and seasoning. Very solid airport food at the standard high airport price. The staff were also friendly.

I saw some of the negative reviews were for the wait. There was only 1-2 people ahead of me and I did have to wait for 15 min or so, so probably not the best if in a rush.

Sold us a milkshake while it’s not available. Asking for a refund, that wouldn’t be possible. Only the manager can give cash refunds, manager was in a meeting. Had to wait 30 minutes and walk half a mile (to see a manager) just to see the money back. They don’t take any responsibility for the situation.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have had a similar experience as everyone else. About 20 minutes before my flight boards, plenty of time to order. My flight was boarding and nothing was on the grill yet so I checked in. 3 other folks waiting also begain to check in, the cook forgot all our orders. Like, what? The cook then put my impossible burger on the grill and gave me some bullsh*t excuse about impossible burgers taking longer. Ok, I ordered 2 plus fries and she had just put one down when I asked about my order and nothing had been on the grill for a while. I asked for a refund and was directed to the kiosk behind me. Scanned the code and filled put the form. I had to ask the cook for the order number, they rudely kept directing me to the kiosk. I, of course, don't have a receipt as I didn't get one from the ordering kiosk. They literally don't print one. My total was over $40 with tip for 2 impossible burgers and fried, again, which I didn't not receive. I sure hope I get the refund. I'll come back and update the review once I know more.

Super-disappointed I didn't read the reviews before dropping almost $30 on burger, fries and drink. The cook made sure she smashed every ounce of juiciness out of the patty, then scoops it out of the grease pool and deposits it on an untoasted bun. Dry tasteless puck sitting on a soggy bun. Gross. Wait was super long and food was awful. SKIP THIS DUMPSTER FIRE!!!

I should have taken an after picture because the onion rings were so greasy and leaked so much oil that there was not only a pool left in the small container, but also bled through the larger container and dripped on my luggage.

Burger needed salt but was otherwise ok. Would be fixable with ketchup. (Which is slightly annoyingly not available at the burger place but at the counter of the Philly cheese steak place next to it)

Fries were pretty decent.

The wait was long and it was so hot standing there I started to feel woozy. The front employee had to walk back and fetch the onion rings personally since it took so long.

There system literally changed my order. I went through carefully adding my toppings and got a completely different burger. Then follows the attitude from their staff.
