The staff is very rude and know they are overcharging. They weigh everything but cover the scale.

Sooooo, I went there with my sister. When we walked into the tiny place, they had like 4 to 5 people behind the counter, and there were several customers there. But only 2 workers were helping customers. We never said we were together, but they assumed it right from the start. As I started ordering, the other lady asked who's next. So my sister starts giving her order. The lady tells her, "Oh ya, together, so I'm not doing your order." Sis tells her, " we came in together, but we separate orders and paying separate too." Lady says, "Don't matter, ya together, and I'm taking the next customer." Needless to say, I got my order, but my sister didn't cause she left. The cashier had shitty manners and attitude, too. They need courtesy etiquette and learn that the next person should be the next order regardless of who they are with. Imagine picking up lunch with coworkers, but everyone behind you gets to order first cause "ya together "... if anyone decides to go there, then go alone, basically. The food was tasty, but customer service sucked the big one

Over salted slop. The only good thing is the Chicharron. They poor the entire container of salt per pot. I have a migraine. Very unorganized. They will let people cut the line. The wait time is ridiculous because they are all over the place. People need to be appointed on who's doing what. You can't cook and serve. The owner needs to get in control of this. It's a mess. The pernil was dried out. The Arroz con pollo and bistek was so salty I had to throw it all away. The meat looked old anyways. I'm So sad about it. It smelled so good in there. I thought I was gonna get good food. They should sell only Chicharron..... because the rest of the food isn't good TO ME...... Salt isn't the answer to better tasting food

The chicharrón is very good but the customer service leaves a lot to be said, they argue among themselves and the people who are from another country are not friendly, they are despots
