I grew up in Texas and enjoyed this authentic beef taco bowl for a casual and affordable dinner in Newark. The owner and staff clearly put their hearts into each ingredient in the bowl which comes together as a Tex-Mex festival of flavors.
Kid-friendliness: Saw a mother and daughter there. Lots of teenagers were eating there as well.

The energy is always so alive when you walk in , chop chop chop you hear the sound of fresh chicken cooking and taco bowl frying . It always smells so good . The taco bowls are the best and last the whole day for me. And the price omg you can’t beat for all you get, beyond 5 stars. Service is quick
The food here was awesome! We ordered two mixed taco bowls and one beef quesadilla, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The bowls were loaded with all the good stuff—rice, beans, veggies, and meat—and each bite was really satisfying. The beef quesadilla was cheesy and delicious, too!
Also, the prices are very fair for the portion sizes. Overall, I’d definitely come back!

First time here, but I saw it was a local fav and it did not disappoint! Very fresh, delicious, affordable, and great service! Great portions for the price and high quality! I would skip the chipotle lines for this any day! Wish there were more restaurants like this around me. The taco bowl is so good just as it is though! I would highly recommend!
