The food is delicious, but the service is AWFUL. They take a long time to serve you, the food takes a long time to arrive... 30 minutes to make a simple açaí, and that's before it was even full. The employees are always grumpy and talking to each other, they do everything but work and serve you properly. In fact, if you order via WhatsApp to pick it up, it can take half an hour and when you get there, you have to wait a little longer. Ridiculous.

The acai looked appealing and had great toppings, but the taste was very disappointing. We filed a complaint and spoke to the manager. They offered to replace it with the same item, which we declined because it tasted terrible. They did not provide a refund or deduct it from the bill.
