The worst service I have experienced from dominoes. The delivery driver refused to bring my order to my door after i had explained i was home alone with a baby and i did not feel comfortable bringing said baby downstairs with me at 11 pm. He then told me that was not his problem and left with my order without even allowing me to find another solution. When i called the store they could care less. I’ve never had a delivery driver tell me they can not bring my order to my door. If i was aware of this i would have ordered elsewhere. Support your local pizza shops!! these franchises are garbage they do not care about paying customers.

Terrible service and hygiene; I waited a long time for the order and it was only for pickup. Also in what I expected, I saw how the woman who collects manipulates the money, without washing her hands and without putting on gloves she began to knead the pizza. And the employees put the ingredients on the pizza without gloves and without a bad person, if everyone saw what they saw they wouldn't order more pizza there ;(

My pizza took more than a hour to be delivered!! When the delivery guy came it was on a bicycle… honestly I don’t have nothing against but which kind of business let the delivery guy came out in the rain ( and it was raining a lot ) with a bunch of pizzas to be delivered on a bicycle doing a commute that by car with rain it takes more than 10 minutes! It is a shame..

To whom it may concern, I ordered 8 pieces boneless chicken. I specified my sauce whoever works there did put in with my order. This is happened second time. First time I ordered with my coworker same thing happened. I thought let try once more. I know that they give separate. I forgot to check and of course they didn’t ask or put. I think it should be give or ask AUTOMATICALLY. Like you ordered coffe they ask you Sugar. Cream etc.No more orders.

Every single time i order its the same thing. Pizza takes over an hour to arrive, even though i only live a few blocks away. From the time the app says its out for delivery to when it arrives, is way over half an hour. And long before it gets here the app is already marked delivered. It would ve one thing if it happened rarely, but its every single time.

They’ve absolutely destroyed the area. They have multiple cars always double parked on Wilson and Napoleon Street, blocking people in, and stalling emergency response vehicles. At any given time there are about least 5 Dominos delivery cars double parked.Not the place for this business.
