I do like ordering domino’s because they use their own delivery people. Uber eats drivers have tampered with my food more than once. They claim they’ll give you a refund but only refund the tip. Always tip cash if you can.
If you have someone waiting for over 2 hours.. It should be a deduction from the bill.. Then when the person calls you shouldn't leave them on line for a hour waiting for a manager. I understand if it's a lot of orders. The customer should be informed of that. Not told it's going to be there shortly. After a hour later. Still nothing. especially when Dominos is 7 blocks away.. smh
