I just got my pizza yes in Newark why is that you will customize your food!!! But they give you what they want!!! Bro got two steak sandwiches I said one with onions and peppers and one with no onions and peppers bro it’s on the receipt… now I’m picking my onions and peppers out my sandwich because I don’t like them!!! I spent 60 bucks…. I should got my lazy self up and got in my car and slowly said noooooooooooo onions and peppers on mines.

I ordered on door dash for contactless delivery. I have Covid-19. The “dasher” was apparently a delivery driver. He shut the app down a street away so I couldn’t track him anymore which was weird. Then he called repeatedly until I answered and I came outside and he was four houses down. That’s when he came yelling and screaming about how I should answer my phone or something. Then he shoved my order in my hand at the door and continued to argue with me as I was saying I was using DoorDash and intended not to come into contact with you. But DoorDash or not, how bad are you at your job you don’t know how to read numbers on houses? How does this man have a job delivering pizza if that’s the way he does it. Also the food quality was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone except the employee who couldn’t find my house and was a little baby about it

I order from here cause it was convenient. But I just can’t do this anymore. 1st problem I had a delivery drive stole money from my mom when prepaid online.2 delivery driver never delivered my food had to go to the actual store and now this I’m all the way home to tired to drive back. My lil one is just going to have to learn to like papa John’s.

Ordered delivery and never got a phone call or anything. Was tracking my order to see they were 13 mins away just for the next ting I know I’m getting an email saying the delivery didn’t got as planned . Attempted to call the store but as expected no answer even tho they are still open.

I do like ordering domino’s because they use their own delivery people. Uber eats drivers have tampered with my food more than once. They claim they’ll give you a refund but only refund the tip. Always tip cash if you can.
Don’t order from here unless you want to wait a whole hour for your food to be delivered.

How does my order go in at 8:34, JUST ENTER the oven at 9:20, a person tells me “Your food should be coming out soon” 30 minutes prior to that entering the oven, there’s no one at the front to monitor the multitude of people waiting (very unprofessional as a few of them just stand there doing nothing) and just a lack of consideration for everyone’s time and status update for their food?
