I ordered two pizzas, wings and cheesy bread. The app said it was ready 20 mins later and in the store it said it was ready. The employees said it was coming now but there was nothing ready and nothing in the oven either. This is not the first time this has happened. I am a regular customer and I live very close by. I am very upset and will not be going back. It seems like every time I go it’s an issue. My problem is I always pay in advance so I can’t even just leave out of frustration. Terrible customer service. I wish I could give no stars at all.

I wait for at least 30-40 min before someone actually answers the phone to take my order. The phone ethics very ghetto and you can barely hear them. The attitude is ridiculous something needs to be done that is very unprofessional and bad for business. Let’s not talk about getting the wrong order. I’m very specific on how I want my pizza and to get the wrong order is crazy to me
