Horrible customer service. They delivered my order to someone else and when I called the store to have a fresh order made because taking food that has already been touched by the unknown is unhygienic, they laughed and sent me the pizza anyway which arrived cold and opened.
I don’t understand why it’s so hard for them to follow instructions to leave the food at the door. The app says the food was delivered and nothing. I called and they say my phone number is wrong. Didn’t request a phone call at all, just to leave my damn food at the door.
