Don't order from this place! The manager was the only one that came off the street and washed his hand. All the drivers came in and started cutting and boxing up the pizza. Stay away.

I ordered for pick up and when I get home what i have is different from what I ordered, I called and the lady who answer was so rude like she was giving out free food as i didn't pay, and she hanged up the phone while im talking, it was my first time ordering from that location it will also be the last, I hope i could have just write the review without a star, waste of time and money, don't go there people or if you do make sure to check your food

Order at your own risk literally every single time it’s an issue with this place I’m not sure if it’s a lack of education with the staff or if they just dont care at all, instructions aren’t being followed, chicken undercooked, you might wait 30 minutes just to get an answer on the phone, they’re forgetting items you paid for, it got so bad to the point we had to take the managers number and still the staff can’t get it right, expect to wait an hour for your food and pray that it’s not cold. A disaster after today I won’t even do it to myself. Literally would give zero stars if possible.

Phone service was bad. It took over 30 minutes to get a response and was hung up on numerous times. When we finally did speak to someone and explained that the App was not working and we elected to pay cash instead but we would need change the employee told us that charge could not be given and argued with us. We then agreed to pay by card and wanted to add to our order with the coupon but the employee refused to add it. She continued to argue and tell us that they are busy and needs me be put on hold. I am disappointed in the overall service and may not be returning as a customer. And order was wrong when got to my hands.

I've never been in the store at this location. I used to get my pizza from central. The online portal auto selected this one since it opened and is closer I guess. I've only ordered from here a couple times. This was the first time I honestly regretted it. I made a mistake and confirmed my order with the last address I ordered to on my account. That was a relative's house not far from me. I needed it to come to my house but could not edit. I called the store immediately after my order and was on for 15 minutes listening to the machine and no pickup! I called 4 more times and no pickup!

I was now frantic because I knew this would be an inconvenience for the driver. I tried texting the auto text system and it doesn't work that way. I tried fixing the address online and I couldn't. When the driver finally called me and I explained what happened, he was not happy at all. His tone was uncalled for. I kept explaining that no one picked up. He was upset because he has more orders, so I still apologized and begged and he took my address and delivered it. I apologized again but was upset but more hungry so I was thankful. Mixed emotions tbh. PICK UP YOUR PHONE!!! I'm not going to be ordering from this location again and Dominos needs to change things on the site. The order also took much longer than the time frame. This store is not that far. Ridiculous.
