I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich !!! I realized while eating my sandwich that it was a funny taste. I turn over my sandwich over & see that the bread was moldy!! Smh I was so disgusted. I went home to vomit. I grew up in this neighborhood & that’s my #1 dominoes to go to, it will be my last time there. Although the cook made another order for me it was sitting in the back of my mind that it may be spoiled again. I didn’t enjoy my food. Customer service sucks too. The girl at the front taking care of the customers easily gets agitated when you are ordering & don’t know what you’ll be ordering. She rushes to put your order in. It’s like she hates talking or interacting with customers or just hates her job. It’s just bad for business. The cook was very apologetic & understanding & made another sandwich for me even though that’s not what I wanted. The girl told him you making another one ?! Like if she’s paying for it. My experience was just bad smh

2 girls making the pizza and one has gloves and one doesn’t . I told the guy make sure the girl with the gloves on is making my pizza. How r u handling food without gloves but ur touching everything else. Then the guys proceeds to tell me once it goes thru the oven it’s safe. Uuuummmm no sir remake my pizza plz and put fresh gloves on where I can see u.

I ordered food for my mom who lives two blocks away from this store and the order sat on quality check for 30 mins, I called the store to ask why it’s taking so long to box the pizza when that takes less than 5 mins, just to be placed on hold for 10 mins. I called again and canceled the order. Get rid of the whole entire staff. It’s not normal for all the reviews to be negative. I work at a dominos store in the state I live in and it doesn’t take 30 mins to box 1 medium pizza.

$26 dollars ;( . To get my order delivered like this by Fabian Sebastian and for the store literally made my pizza with hate and on top of that not including the icing, the whole point of the dessert. This is garbage . $26 dollars down the drain… It was bad enough that I received the message that my order was delivered at 10:41 pm. When I stood outside waiting, he did not arrive until 10:45 and did not bother to look at the building number, instead he stood outside his car with the pizza ‘ looking at his phone ‘ I waved him down twice , until the third time he finally looked up… I was very hyped for this meal.

Dont bother ordering extra sauce/cheese etc. They never do it and you just pay extra. 3x made the mistake cuz i dont order from dominos much but done giving them a chance. The one on bloomfield ave met expectations

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS, Last night I ordered pizza, wings, and cheesy bread at 11:10pm, at 11:23 it was being “quality checked” & for 40 mins after that, then it said Jose was on his way at 12:15, i was tracking my food and Jose drove past my house 4 times, he was at one location for 20 mins, then went back to the Dominos store for another 30 mins, Jose finally called me at 1:34 talking bout Dominos outside, 2hrs and 20 mins before he got here & i no longer wanted the food. Bad communication, bad customer service, bad everything, just overall terrible experience.

The delivery driver Jose marked my food delivered and he never delivered it he never even came to my building, I had a 50 dollar cash tip for him because we needed to feed the kids on Christmas night, and he never showed! When they open on Thursday they will definitely be expecting a visit from me and mines cause that is not right! Do your job and don’t steal food
