I'm a truck driver and after long week working I came here to get a parking, shower, eat and rest for a bit. I got to cashier and bought some snack and drink. After that I asked to buy a shower ticket, that's when one of employee girl asked me if I parked in designated spot. I told her that I'm parked at Reserved spot and I wanna pay for it to. She told me that all the spaces are sold out and I'm gonna need to move my truck. I agreed with her and asked her to sale me a shower spot as far as I was already in the store and there were already three people in front of me. She told me "No" it doesn't work that way and you need to move your truck now, park it somewhere on the street then come back and buy a shower ticket and if you don't like it you can leave. REALLY??? I spend 600-700$ every time I fueled here and I get this type of treatment!? I told her not to tell me to leave because I'm a costumer here and by the way I told her to return my money for the snack and drink I bought already. Why I would spend another penny at this place, right? Then manager came up to process the return and that got her pissed off. She started to talk rude, interrupted me on every my explanation, telling me that I have to leave the premises, that I talk loud, she will call some guys on me, the police. I was just looking at this circus of two young getto raised females who tried to prove something and then this other male youngster appeared from somewhere and tried to teach me how to talk to a woman when I was just keeping my cool and talking polite as I could. Then he tried to call me outside to fight me!? REALLY??? I explained him "Son, you can loose your job over it. Is it worth it?" He said "I don't care, I'm a fighter". F.ckin kid, man. Punk, I learned how to talk to woman when probably your parents weren't even in project of fertilization yet. I decided to leave and get my rest somewhere else even if I have to drive another 40+ miles away from this local. But this puts big dot * for me to visit this place ever again. Never seen any type of service allover the country like I was treated here today. Bunch of getto punks trying to be as a family there but forgetting to learn that talking to people is a higher level that need to be learned when serving people, costumers.

I went to try to pump my own gas, and it only put in maybe a drop of gas before stopping. I tried again, and it told me to go see a cashier. I tried another pump, same thing. No employee inside cared to look outside or thought to help, even in my condition. I left with a drop of gas and extreme frustration. Absolutely the worst gas station I've been to.

I was a contractor working in the building. I placed a pair of headphones I wanted to purchase in front of a camera so nothing seemed weird. I figured I’ll get my paperwork signed & pay as I left for I was here for a little while. I got accused of trying to steal headphones that were nowhere in my possession they were in a table with a camera above it! This place is disgusting. To the African American male cleaning bathrooms & showers get a real job you’re a joke of a human being

One black lady with glasses doesn't wanna do her job. Asked her to scan something 2 times so I can check the price, she said she doesn't wanna do it unless i was going to buy it. SMH Also they have no idea when the showers are going to be done. Very ghetto, and unethical to act like that in a work place.

Worst ever pilot in the world pumps never works, the ladies that work there are filled with attitude, truckers sleeping at the pump, opens at 7 on a Saturday. Don't waste your time you will be spending 30minutes to an hour to get fuel. Nothing to eat overall a nightmare truck stop stay away
Thieves disguised as employees. Go anywhere else but here. This station is the biggest eye sore west of the Hudson. Gas pump employees will steal your card information - customer service isn't taught - you're bound to get robbed. Avoid this trash can at allcost, consider your life depends on it.

Fake dunkin donuts. Self serve coffee, can't order any special drinks or food. No staff. Don't waste your time, takes 20 minutes to get here off the highway and it's a kiosk inside a crummy gas station.
