Was at Newark airport yesterday and noticed several flies and fruit flies on donuts in case. When I spoke to the cashier (middle eastern descent, short in stature) pointing to all the flies landing in and out, she stated “there’s nothing I can do it’s an open case”
I think the lady was a crook, charged me extra for a medium coffee, but insisted on delivering on small cup. She didn't have a medium cup, then charged me $0.55 cent just for an extra cup which I was entitled to for her mistake! It's like a robbery! 7/14/25 apprx 6:20pm!!!

I was at the Dunkin' Donuts at this airport on Wednesday maybe 7 am or 7:15 am after taking a 7 hour flight. I was tired and a little sleepy from my flight. The lady who serves me, she is from India, handed me a cup and she never gave me instructions on how to drink my coffee; So obviously I made a mistake and had chocolate. to which she shaved my cup of chocolate and immediately she told me: you can't read English!!!!! Together with my husband he is American (I’m not, but I speak and CAN READ IN ENGLISH) We were shocked by this attitude! It doesn't matter if I'm American, if I'm from another country , or if I know English or not, I'm paying for a service; It is not a gift and no one can treat me this way.

make sure you check how they are charging you. There is a woman on level one that will charge you for additional pumps, even if you do not get them. I asked for 1 pump of a flavor and she charged me four additional pumps. even when I said she charged me wrong, she dismissed me and would not listen. This place is really despicable and you should not go here unless it’s a real emergency.
